Extensions- 12 Apr 2025
We met with several builders before deciding to go with Balti Property Services, and the deciding factor was Jason's clear knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their pricing was reasonable, and they were willing to work with us to help keep the project within budget. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe and finished to a very high standard. Throughout the project, the team was friendly, competent, and reliable. They arrived on time each day and always left the property safe and tidy before leaving. As a Project Manager for high-end audio-visual installations, I have high standards and pay close attention to quality and workmanship. It takes a lot to impress me, but Balti Property Services certainly did. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and they thoroughly deserve a 5-star review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Groundwork & Foundations- 22 Apr 2026
Artan and his brother built a shed concrete base in our back garden that is located on a steep ish hill. They are professional and polite, and Artan went over and above to ensure delivery of materials was resolved due to our road being a little challenging for an inexperienced lorry driver. They’ve done a stelar job and we are very pleased with the end product. We are planning to use their services in the near future for other works.

Extensions- 2 Oct 2024
He did the extension well, brick work is good, rendering on front of house good, terrace and wall with the neighbours good ,toilet under the stairs good, dividing wall in the living room with sliding doors good, kitchen installed good. Fence wall in front of house good brick work wrong bricks but it’s ok. Herringbone parchet wrong with gaps and lifted, rendering on the side of house wrong with marks, the new boiler took 2 months to make it work and the radiators still don’t work. Electrical work bad, after bringing another engineer to check we discovered at the boiler live cut cables that were loose and veri dangerous. Took 4 months to finish job we waited one month for the plumber who either way did a bad job. Laurentiu did not finish the job because of plumbing and rendering, and we ended in bad terms, he left us money to compensate for it. I would recommend him for extensions and any brick work, he needs to improve in pluming, electrical, flooring and rendering.

Paul did an amazing job at my 3 bed, he built a shower room and toilet area downstairs from scratch and plastered and repainted the whole house with his specialist team within 2 weeks. This has been amazing as other contractors quoted between 6 weeks. I will definitely be using Paul's services in future as he sticks to the price quoted and is trustworthy

Extensions- 25 Aug 2021
Having had bad experiences in the past with other builders, this time we tried to do our homework properly before hiring someone. We couldn't have chosen a more competent and professional builder! We obviously asked around and had many quotes (some ridiculously expensive, others didn't even seem to understand what we wanted to do) but Sorin immediately impressed me with his detailed and fair quote, knowledge and lots of suggestions (he's the kind of guy that immediately gives you the impression that he knows what he's talking about). We encountered some issues during the works (which is to be expected if you didn't build the place yourself) but Sorin and his team did an amazing job and always gave us regular updates. End result? Work completed on time and a new construction that is exactly what we asked for (plus other things here and there that he kindly sorted while he was on site!)

Tiling- 6 Oct 2022
We are beyond shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour. Initially, he acted professional and trustworthy, but he turned out to be exactly the opposite. On the 8th of July, he promised "3-5 working days" instead he pulled us along for two months of unbearable stress and waste of time because he kept on taking other jobs instead of doing ours. He wasted all of July as we had to meet him four times to finalize the design that he kept on rejecting until we agreed on the easiest option for him. He dragged out removing tiles and levelling 10 steps all of August, working 6 hours in total and leaving a job that is so appalling that it needs to be completely redone. He postponed the tiles' order for a month despite assuring us all August that he had done it in July; after numerous complaints, he sent the tiles' invoice, dated 31st of August. He gave us dozens of appointments but never came nor had the decency to cancel, despite dozens of calls, emails and texts, causing significant disruptions and loss to our life and work commitments. We asked him to reimburse the cost of the tiles and materials he didn't provide and for the work he didn't do, but he ignored our emails. We have removed him from the job and are reporting him to the relevant authorities.
