Ceca Developments have done an outstanding work on our side and rear extension project, and we would definitely recommend this company. Firstly, they have offered a really competitive quote for the work and have been very transparent and detailed in regards to how long it will take to complete the project. Sebastjan has been a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful during the project, providing honest and useful recommendations and being available every time we needed anything. All the work has been completed to a very high standard and to the agreed timelines. We did not have to worry about anything during the whole project, which made this a very pleasant experience.

Communicated well at the start with reasonable cost. work was done well but the finishing was not so great as expected. The end cost was very expensive. Charged by the hour, the team were very slow which was upsetting to see me pay for time where they sat around not doing much. Ensure to agree fixed price. Communication after job is poor, double glazing has warranty which now not being able to communicate with kostas having to pay to get things done that should be covered in warranty. Central heating give huge problems. Do not use for big jobs

Our brick garden wall was collapsing and I contacted Richard Fitzgerald for a quotation. I'd already had a few quotes from other builders, some of whom had told me I needed work doing that didn't need doing! I found Richard to be trustworthy. He provided a competitive quote. He managed to source bricks that matched the colour of the adjoining wall, gave us a detailed breakdown of the work he would do, and didn't ask for any payment in advance. He built a strong brick wall with a concrete support wall behind. The finished wall is excellent and we are very happy with the work he and his team have done. On finishing the work the premises were left clean and tidy. I am very happy to recommend him.

Patrick and his team were hired to build a garden room. Reasonably priced, offers solutions to problems that might arise during building work, polite and easy to work with. Genuinely one of the worst builders we have come across. David rewired the flat and Stefan plastered the hallway. David is NOT qualified as an electrician and cut corners wherever he could. David leveraged us for money mid job and in the end left the job without finishing and without providing a certificate. David ran cables behind door frames (awful idea), got the cheapest material, forgot where holes were for spotlights and switches among many issues which meant we had to constantly ask our builders to fill the holes and make good. Stefan did the hallway plastering without putting on mesh. The plaster cracked within 2 weeks and the paint keeps cracking and will be a constant problem. When asked to come back and fix the issue - he point blank refused. They were the cheapest quote but we really hope we had gone to someone else

Overall me and my husband are very satisfied with the workmanship and with the final result of our my fake cladded garage door with the new aluminium framed window. The original garage was converted into a habitable room 7 years ago with only a rooflight to bring light into the room, which is now my husband's office and this new window will make a lot of difference therefore we are very happy with the finished work. The work was done very quickly, the builders turned up on time and they were very efficient and helpful, they took particular care when installing the composite slatted panels to the marine plywood. The main contractor Pawel Speiwak also came on site to inspect the works during construction. The quote was also very competetive, a good value for money. I would definetely use them again for any future work in my house and recommend them to other people.

Jacob was very accommodating and flexible. His team were great and he completed the work nicely. There was some splatter from the cementing on to my neighbour's wall. He tried to clean it off but it wouldn't all come off. Therefore, he went out and bought some paint and repainted their wall. I would get him back for more work without hesitation. When looking for a builder - they have to be honest, work hard and to an excellent quality without cutting corners. They should be responsible to ensure neighbours property isn't damaged and provide consultancy as what we want and want is realistic can differ significantly! - and if any issues rectify them once the job is complete and of course provide good after sales. I have used several builders over the years - very few tick all of the above boxes. Jacob certainly does.
