We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from REA Construction. The project was delivered within budget and on time. We lived in the property during the work and we, our neighbours and the site were always treated with the utmost consideration. There were almost no hitches and, when they did occur, they were dealt with immediately and thoroughly. Our project team, led by Kristjan and Besi, were universally hardworking, organised and produced work to an excellent standard. Communication is great, the people are wonderful. Renato was someone I felt I could trust from the moment I met him and he never let us down. He and everyone at REA genuinely care about what they do and that their customers have a happy experience. We certainly did and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Orgert Myrta and his highly skilled team did an exceptional job renovating our Victorian terrace house in under 8 weeks. On meeting Orgert, his warm, friendly and professional manner was reassuring. I immediately thought he was someone I could work with. His initial assessment of our house, he advised on best possible solutions to achieve our aims within budget. He invited me to visit the homes of his recent previous clients & obtain their feedback, which I did. Visiting two clients, they both spoke highly of Orgert & his team, sharing their positive experience and how Orgert has since completed work on their neighbours homes & family members homes too. Judging by the quality of work completed in both client's properties, I knew Orgert was the right builder for me. Responsive & prompt throughout, good communication, providing weekly status updates, even advising on where to source great deals on second fitting items saving us money. To say we are pleased with how well the project has gone & level of workmanship is an understatement! Without hesitation we highly recommend Orgert & his team, who since finishing our house are now doing work on my relatives house. Orgert & his team completed in our home: - Rewiring & new plumbing - Plastering walls & ceiling - Replace old ceilings - Painting & Decorating - Painted exterior front & back - Replaced & repointed brickwork - Installed new kitchen & bathroom - New flooring throughout

Milen, initially came as I had a leak in my ensuit where the tiles had lost their grout. He was very honest in giving me advice, and regrouted at a very reasonable price. He then came a month later to remove the tiles in the shower and replace the plaster protection board, then retiled. He purchased all the products and gave me advice on the most valuable sustainable tiles. The work was carried out a to very high level, I would most definitely hire Milen in the future, and highly recommend him.
