Luis did an excellent job on my bathroom. He had to do a lot of prep work before starting the tiling, including rebuilding the floor and repairing the walls. At every stage he explained what needed to be done, ensured that I wanted to go ahead, listed the materials that would be needed, and the cost. It made a huge different to me that Luis was willing to source and purchase all materials; he checked in with me from the suppliers as to choice and cost, and sent receipts for every penny. I cannot recommend him highly enough, for his knowledge and expertise, his honesty and hard work, and also for being such a lovely person, nothing is too much trouble. I am delighted with my new bathroom, and am planning more home improvements with Luis, when he is free again!

Celli Property Care did a very good job. They undertook some structural work for us; knocking through a wall, dismantling and underpinning a chimney breast and installing beams to open up our downstairs living area. All the work was done professionally and signed off by building control. They installed 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and did all the plastering, tiling and painting and decorating. They also renovated our floorboards, which now look amazing. The communication was excellent throughout, with Celino the project manager always going the extra mile to keep us informed and discuss options and programme. The builders were also very considerate. We are very happy with the end product. I would recommend them to others. Thanks Celli Property!

SSS BROTHER, They worked incredibly hard to transform our house in a timely and efficient manner, all whilst being responsive to our concerns and preferences. The SSS BROTHER did a great job extending our kitchen and backroom to create a beautiful space that we love hosting family and friends in. The job was completed to a high standard and with good communication. Throughout the work, the workers were calm and knowledgeable and - importantly for us - helpful and offered their opinion of how the extension should be built.

I recently worked with Ardit from AK Constructions and Developments on a double dormer loft conversion, which included creating two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a utility room. I'm delighted with the results; the quality exceeded my expectations, and everyone who's visited has been impressed. Ardit's approach was professional and not pushy, unlike other builders. He provided references and even invited me to see a current project, which convinced me. Ardit was flexible, suggesting changes like moving the bathroom for better functionality, which turned out great. His team, including Edi and Vini, were polite, courteous, and always willing to help. The work finished ahead of schedule, and Ardit sourced excellent tradespeople, making the experience stress-free. I was so impressed that I also asked him to redo my kitchen, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend AK Constructions and Development.

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery

Painting & Decorating- 24 Feb 2020
Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

George came to do up our hallway. He laid flooring and installed new spindles and a handrail on our stairs too. He did a wonderful job on the whole lot and we were very happy with him. We were awkward and changed our mind on the first laminate flooring that I had picked out online, he ripped it up and started again with the new flooring we picked and it was no hassle to him. George is a lovely fella, trustworthy and professional. Would highly recommend

Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.
