After a long selection process, we decided on Muhammad Ansari of Panoramic Homes, and now the project has been completed, we ( as a family ), are happy and pleased we made the right choice. Trust, workmanship, good solid project management, and friendly reliable builders were all attributes we were looking for. All their references checked out, and came highly recommended ( which was important for me ), as I know I wouldn't be on site everyday. Our project was a rear extension, plus garden overhaul, plus a new drive, and a new front porch. Mo and Tonys team really did an excellent job and I we can't stop praising them to our friends and families . While the project was during the start of the pandemic, and continued throughout 2020, The team respected all the rules of engagement with the build, and my family during this difficult period. Which we very much appreciated ( especially the children ). So if your looking for a good solid managed project, with good pricing and good workmanship, and trusted and tidy builders, then I'm happy to recommend Panoramic Homes. I'll for sure send more people their way.

Building of an extension involving carpentry, door hanging and furniture (handles, locks, etc), skirting, plaster boarding, flooring. He also fitted my sliding wardrobes from scratch - cut all the MDF for the shelfs, doors and walls. Plamen is very reliable, professional, tidy, precise and has an eye for detail. He also has vast knowledge of construction methods. I have recommended him to all my friends and relatives.

Leslie carried out the following works: chemical damp injection to walls on rear extension, reroute down-pipe, repair fracture on rear wall, install gutter hedgehog. Hopefully, this will resolve some of the issues we had with damp, a blocked down-pipe and an overflowing gutter. Leslie arrived on time on the first day but was delayed a few hours the next day. However, the work still was done within two days as expected. Thank you!

Firoj and his team renovated a bathroom for me in March 2015. He gave me a fixed cost for his labour and what turned out to be a very accurate estimated cost for all the parts/materials at the outset. He also gave me a completion time of 9 days with 1 extra day for 'spillovers' and 'unforseen delays'. He finished the job at exactly 9 days and still came around on the 10th day to see how everything was working. The quality of his work was excellent, to say the least. He attention to detail was admirable, as was his commitment to delivering a finished product that would last several years. This focus on detail and longevity is something that really sets Firoj apart from other builders, who often see such jobs as just another task to be completed before moving onto the next job. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Several months later my bathroom still looks great and everything works.

I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.
