We are absolutely thrilled with our extension. Elliot and the team completed all elements of the project, which included numerous steels to replace existing supporting walls and the re-fit of our existing kitchen +new kitchen fit out. The work is finished to a very high quality and far exceeded our expectations. Product selections such as doors, windows and tiles were proposed by Elliot and were exactly what we wanted. Elliot and the team were professional and a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.

Michael was hired to build a set of tiered retaining walls and steps in my garden. He was a pleasure to deal with whilst costing the job, gave a fair price and provided a detailed quote. In terms of getting the job done, Michael and Conor were superb. They were there when expected, they went above and beyond on multiple occasions when issues were discovered (not with their work), and at no point did they take the easy route. Rather, the attention to detail and consideration they put into how I wanted everything was exceptional and the communication throughout was faultless. I would confidently recommend MPE to anyone and will certainly be using their services again myself. The final bill was also exactly as quoted, and the standard of work was spot on. All round excellent.

Hi there, I hope you're well. My name is John and I ve been in the building trade for 20 years. I'm a qualified master carpenter, and there isn't much left I haven't done. Im a bathroom fitter as well, so plumbing, tiling, plastering, is all second nature to me. I ve done jobs in every trade, when I was an apprentice all those years ago, that's how my boss at the time worked. Knowledge is power as they say. I based in Bracknell, and I can travel up to an hour from there. So as far as Dorking to the east, and the same distance in the other directions. As I said, in my 20 years of working in the trade, I ve done nearly everything there is, I'm a friendly guy and happy to answer any questions. I won't be the cheapest, but I LL be one of the best. I can't express how happy I am with the work done. Luke listened to everything I wanted and completely delivered. This is more then a desk my wheelchair fits under which is one of the reason's for getting a bespoke desk plus it turns into a music station that houses my two keyboards. Luke was always on time, on price and got it 100 percent what I wanted. Would recommend him to anyone that what's great workmanship.

We cannot thank Danny and Constructek enough for our beautiful extension. From his first visit to look at the project and quote through to the last this week to complete Danny and his team have been amazing. All of the trades people were so friendly and accommodating. Danny handled all of the tradespeople and deliveries for us, making the whole process such a job. The standard of his work is beyond exceptional and it is clear why he is a Master Builder. Nothing is too much trouble and Danny accommodated our every request. He and his team made our project a joy to have built. We really cannot recommend his company enough. We would be more than happy for any of his potential customers to come to our home and see the exceptional work they have done. We are over the moon with our finished project and will be using Danny and Constructek again. Thank you so very much more making our dream a reality.

Sorry this is long: our experience differs to most on here. We chose Better Living to do our side and rear extensions from start to finish. All was good until the subcontractors finished the main structures, then it all went downhill. Ben rarely answered his phone, texts, emails etc., and because they had started a bigger project elsewhere they repeatedly abandoned ours, often for weeks at a time. Even when we went on holiday, they had the complete run of the house for two weeks but did very little. Ben deliberately held up work for two weeks after receiving a stage payment a day late, having given us one day to pay after emailing an invoice. Beyond the main structural jobs their work was often sub-standard and our instructions were not followed due to poor communication between the team. Out of frustration we eventually took a lot of work off them and drafted in other tradesmen to complete the project, also doing some of the work ourselves. We have since had to have some of their heating work rectified by engineers. Not saying everything was bad, but fact is the list of problems and poorly completed jobs is too long to list here. They finished at our property over three months ago and have still not sent us the completion documents. As usual, Ben is not responding to our attempts to contact him. Despite being hospitable to their team, we feel we were treated shabbily by BL and sadly would not recommend them.

John knocked down a plasterboard wall for me. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after and was a pleasure to deal with. His price was very reasonable too. I'd definitely use him again and recommend him.
