I had my 2 bottom wooden steps replaced by Peter. He was very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He came on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after and his price was very fair. I would not hesitate to ask peter back for any further works and highly recomend him. Thank you :-)

Andrew came to look at the wall to advise me on the work required, he gave me a quote for two sections of the wall, the first part required replacing damaged bricks and part rebuilding, the second repointing. I accepted Andrew’s. quote and started the work the following Saturday. The completed work is far beyond what I thought would be possible.) Many thanks Shaun. Robert.

Wade Home Improvements have been amazing. We used them to fit new windows, doors and conservatory roof. From the start they gave advice on what could be done and how they would do it. They are unbelievably clean and conscientious, and take pride in their work. Not only are they great at windows, whilst renovating my house they also explained how other jobs could be completed. Because of the fantastic job they do we have asked them to update the porch roof area over the front door. There is very little they can't do, and if they can't do it they know someone who will. I would and have highly recommended Barry and Allan Wade to my friends, family and anyone who needs work doing. 10/10 from this very happy customer!

Completed my driveway for me back in February they done a really good job with it, I had blockpaving with a slate block border they also put some topsoil in a couple areas around my garden for me and helped us move some plant pots which wasn’t there job, overall they was fast, tidy and professional and done it all for a good price can’t ask for a lot more to be honest

Dave and James have just completed our extension and open plan works and all I can say is amazing. We had lots of different quotes and it became more of an interview process than anything else and both Dave and James where really good at telling you what they planned to do and how it all works. I won't lie having an extension built is one of the most stressful things we have ever done but both guys helped every step of the way and there advice and knowledge was great. There quote was honest and fair and had no hidden costs, they even helped us keep costs down by trying to find us deals on kitchens etc... All the guys that work alongside them are also great Kevin, Mark the bricklayer and Brian the plasterer did an outstanding job. I can't recommend Buildcare Solutions highly enough.

Can't rate Sam and his workmate high enough. Very reasonable cost and nothing too much trouble. Arrived on time and just got on with the job. Great workmanship, polite and left the work area very clean. Won't hesitate to refer him to family or friends. 10/10.

Chris and his team have transformed our dingy bathroom into a lovely bright and clean space, replacing our boiler at the same time. He advised on what was possible to maximise space in our small bathroom and managed the whole process taking the hassle out of it for us. No issue was too big or small and Chris went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy. Letting strangers into your house can be worrying but I can’t speak highly enough of how respectful Chris an his team were. We’re so pleased with the final result, we’ve already lined Chris up for another job we need doing. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Flo.

Kevin did a good job overall with our extension. The build had many of the challenges that should be expected with an old, idiosyncratic house, plus a few others too. In particular, Kevin's wealth of knowledge and experience with traditional building methods was invaluable. His ability to solve problems and offer intelligent advice on many different aspects of the build was also hugely appreciated. The job took longer than expected but in the end the result has made it worthwhile.

Are these the best builders in Kent? The communication has been superb right the way through the job. The standard of work is excellent and very tidy and the whole team are very friendly and approachable. Really pleased with the job which was on time and budget. I think it helped that the builder has a good relationship with their architect. Very happy to recommend Old School Builders.

Chris was quick to respond to my post and attended only a couple of days later to quote. The quote was very reasonable and I chose him for the job, based on his competitive quote, his evidenced standard of work and general personality. Chris has kept true to his word throughout the works needed (new door frames, all skirting boards - porch and living room, new floor in porch and new front door). He has unbelievable pride in his own workmanship and is incredibly trustworthy & reliable. I live in a very old property, that doesn't have a straight wall/floor in it - Chris' knowledge shone through with dealing with what may seem small to those of us untrained - he used all his 'tricks' to ensure everything was fully secure and gap free, everywhere (including his personal pride). I was able to have very honest conversations throughout, regarding the work and also additional costs to the quote (n.b. this was not significantly more, but absolutely reasonable due to additional materials) and his expectations were never unrealistic or beyond my budget, nor the conversations difficult or confrontational. I genuinely can't praise or sing Chris enough. His quality of workmanship, personal pride and outstanding personable style is a breath of fresh air. My final comment would be is that he is to be fully trusted, both professionally & personally and he will deliver you an outstanding job, whilst keeping you informed throughout, in an honest and open style. I'll recommend 100%
