my experience of working with these guys was very positive. i eventually got a new kitchen fitted by them rather than an extension as the extension was above my budget. Their pricing was competitive, although not the cheapest. i made a conscious decision to offer the project to sall construction because they were experienced, and they were detail orientated with my plan as well as the fact that their timeline matched my project timing. the kitchen fitting was done, in fact, slightly ahead of the two weeks that sunny had said it would take-which was very useful. we also went on a holiday and left the whole place to them, and everything worked out for us, so clearly very trustworthy. sunny and his brother were excellent tradesmen and came back twice later on once we notified them of some small issues. its now been 1 year since the installation of the kitchen, and fingers crossed, everything looks and works great. everyone is impressed with our kitchen which is also indicative of their very good work. I will happily hire them again if i have to do some work on extension or refurbishing.

Emanuel and his team have delivered the project despite Covid-19 challenges and our changing requirements. We have changed our mind about design and finishes a few times during the project, and LIO were there to listen, advise and deliver. The communication was excellent throughout the project, and the works were finished on time. We will use them again.

Great job installing my kitchen. Last minute job was needed to prepare the floor before the works started and that was handled really smoothly. They also installed LVT click flooring too. Would highly recommend!!

We hired JTC Construction after the previously contracted builder let us down. Jon stepped in and took charge of all aspects of the build straight away. He proved to be a skillful project manager, kept us informed at all times and dealt with any last minute changes and unforeseen issues promptly and efficiently. Everyone from Jon’s team was polite and hardworking, especially Toby and Paul. They demolished and re-built our rear extension, created an open plan and fully refurbished the kitchen. All works were scheduled on time and progressed with no issues from building control. We would like to point out Jon’s exceptional skills especially when fitting our kitchen. During the work we stayed in the property with our young child and we appreciate how the building work disturbance was kept to minimum, and the level of tidiness and cleanliness at the end of each day. We are very happy with contracting JTC Construction and would happily use them again for future work.
