We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

We did agree the price on the job and confirmed the day to start work on the job but he didn’t turned off and did ignore my calls , wasted my day from work as well , this sort people should not advertise on my Bulider , so I kindly request my Bulider to banned this trader from my Bulider site .thanks

Firoj and his team renovated a bathroom for me in March 2015. He gave me a fixed cost for his labour and what turned out to be a very accurate estimated cost for all the parts/materials at the outset. He also gave me a completion time of 9 days with 1 extra day for 'spillovers' and 'unforseen delays'. He finished the job at exactly 9 days and still came around on the 10th day to see how everything was working. The quality of his work was excellent, to say the least. He attention to detail was admirable, as was his commitment to delivering a finished product that would last several years. This focus on detail and longevity is something that really sets Firoj apart from other builders, who often see such jobs as just another task to be completed before moving onto the next job. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Several months later my bathroom still looks great and everything works.

Would highly recomend Tony and his team, clearly know what they are doing and have done and seen it all before! We had a rear and side extension, Tony kept us well informed throughout the job what the next stages will be etc, was always on hand during all stages every day, even weekends when needed, nothing slowed the job down and we were done in great time! Not trust worthy, does not follow the contract, he pulled out in middle of my work in house three times. Never finished on time. Promised to come back and finish The fence and the toilet never come back despite numerous phone calls. I have leaking toilets in the wall big pigments of dampness on the wall paper on the wall adjacent to toilet. Promise to do the roof tiles then he said I cannot do it. Fitted the kitchen units wrong and did not connect the sink overflow pipe to the macerate ( leaking water under sink. Flooring tiles not even still have prominent corners . Front driveway is cracked as he promised to dig and put concrete but last minute changed his mind and put only cement and new slaps. Water pipe outside house is leaking . The stairs carpet and the wooden stairs not painted rightly and the carpet is not fixed right it is out. I paid him all the money left only 150 pounds but never come back to paint fence, summer house finishing and loft ladder. Brought materials and his workers and brought bills never saw some of it. Taken some materials in his van and never discussed this issue. Work meant 6 weeks and now 8 months and still not finished. Do not hire him he and his workers are not up to standards. Will love one from builder. Com come and see the unfinished and damaged in my house.

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Each element was completed to a very high standard. On top of that, Vas was friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout.
