Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

Gareth arrived early, identified the issue and was really prompt in fixing it. He was very clear in explaining what the issue was and showing me how he fixed it. We also had another issue in the bathroom and he was able to identify it and give tips on how to manage it in the future. I would definitely recommend him and have saved his number in case of the need for future work. His also provides guarantees for his work which gave me alot of peace of mind. Thanks again!

I had Panesar Builders build a dormer extension garden room and a bedroom above the garage around two years ago. I deliberately waited before writing a review to be sure there were no hidden issues — and I can happily say everything has held up perfectly. I felt confident in my choice, and two years on I can say it was absolutely the right decision. It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his team from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. I was impressed with Peter’s previous work and we developed a good rapport from the first meeting and I felt that I could trust him with the work. He was clear about the detail of the work that needed doing upfront and his quote was itemised to reflect what each element would cost. The work was done on time and of a high quality and Peter was responsive at all times to any questions or concerns we had. He also made great suggestions of how we could do things better and was open to our ideas and realising our dream. His team were punctual, friendly and took care of the house ensuring the work that they did was of a high standard at all times and attention to detail which really has made a difference now that the project is completed. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. He came to visit the site, took the time to discuss the proposed project, and explained the best possible options to suit our needs. Once the drawings were completed, he submitted the planning application to the council on our behalf. AVOID. Ernie incorrectly installed my drains under my house which has caused awful smells and sewage to leak under my house causing long term damage to my foundations Three professional drainage company’s have put a camera to see a Dropped pipe from new to old house. They have identified a connection that was never appropriate. Unfortunately, Ernie after being given many opportunities does not accept any responsibility. He is not an expert at all trades so be careful. I’ve asked him to help put right by exposing the floor which has Underfloor Heating. This has now cost me tens of £000s. My fault for not using a professional team at the beginning of my project.

We have received fantastic after sales service from GoldBerg Engineering throughout the project and would not have had the results we have, without Zilvinas.
