Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Alban completed a lateral kitchen extension for me in west London. Very happy with the results and to add my name to others that have given 100% positive feedback. What I particularly liked - (1) Alban took great care to protect the rest of my house while working (protection, covers etc), (2) his team were friendly and polite to neighbours. Building works are always noisy and disruptive, they kept others 'on side' and (3) they worked to the timing and schedule agreed (4) they cleaned up, every single day (5) they worked to a high standard and corrected for any issues, despite my inevitable last minute changes. Valter was very impressive on his initial visit with some exciting ideas for the house improvements and we had no hesitation in choosing Happy Building above the other two building firms who quoted. Having signed off on the budget and scope of work, Valter's team of builders arrived. We were hugely impressed with the skill, experience and work ethic of the team; the fact that they arrived early each morning smiling underlined the "Happy Building" epithet; Jarek, the site foreman, had an especially cheery demeanour. The work involved stripping the walls back to bricks, removing walls, reinforcing foundations, plastering, extending the bathroom and removing one bedroom to create a large ensuite bedroom. The latter certainly would not have been done without Valter's vision and patience in explaining how it would look. We were able to deviate from the original plans without any problem which was very important in achieving the final look which we had desired. Valter was very careful in sticking to time and budgets which I had never experienced before with builders. The kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and hallways were finished to the highest possible specification within our budget. There were one or two small features which, with hindsight, we would have improved such as door handles and shower fittings, however this was down to us not specifying exactly what we wanted. These are very minor details and a tiny part of the overall picture.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Lenny and his colleague communicated well and arrived before the set time with all the materials.Smooth transition from halogen to LED lights and also cleaned up afterwards.I also hired them back to install two dimmers as the LED light are very bright . Would hire again and can highly recommend Lenny and his colleague.

Ivan and his team completed a full loft conversion at our terraced house, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and were a pleasure to work with. Communication and project management throughout the project was excellent, and their commitment really showed. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, which was especially appreciated as it finished just before Christmas. The team was very considerate while working in our home, and we stayed in the house for the entire duration of the project with minimal disruption. In addition to the loft conversion, they also replaced all our doors with fire doors and installed new flooring throughout the house, all to a very high standard. We’re absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Ivan and his team to anyone considering similar work.
