Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the work Marin has carried out for us and I’m currently in the process of instructing him to do more work. Marin built a high spec cedar shed for us with electrics and plumbing, some brickwork and laid composite decking. Marin came across, honest and reliable, which in itself is rare. He was on site most mornings to make sure his tradesmen were on the right tracks. Like with a lot of these things there were some issues along the way and I was highly impressed by Marin’s ‘no quibble’ approach to rectify any problems. I myself have a high attention to detail and am quite indecisive (nightmare client) and Marin was happy to work with me with changes to the project without incurring extra costs.

Excellent work with the garden office/gym. Finished really nicely and exactly what we were looking for. Took quite a while but well worth the wait. We requested a labour quote and worked with Alf on a receipts basis for material and other costs. This worked out perfectly for us both. Alf's initial estimate of the materials cost was virtually spot on, which is very impressive given the inflation rate for building materials. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Mr Rifat did an excellent job for plastering rooms and i would recommend him to everyone highly. The work he has done is to a very high standard and completed in 3 days. His quote was very helpful and comprehensive and he was helpful and very kind and calm. He did not take a break from doing the work, even though i told him to take a seat for 5-10 minutes. He is a very hardworking person. I think anyone to catch him to do a job for themselves is very lucky. I recommend him to everyone because he knows how to do good job.
