To say Nick is just a kitchen fitter isn’t doing his work justice, he’s a fantastic project manager and craftsmen as well. When we first met Nick he took 2 hours of his time running through all the options which was when we realised we were actually quite clueless! Although we hadn’t hired him at this point his advice was invaluable. We assumed this would mean Nick’s professionalism would mean he would be very expensive, this was not the case and he was actually a little cheaper than the other parties who quoted. Once Nick started it became apparent that he and his assistant Chow to great pride in their work and worked hard to get the job finished as quickly as possible to the highest standard. They left the site spotless at the end of each day. The result is a fantastic kitchen and flooring which we are extremely happy with. We are already thinking about the next renovation piece in our home and would love to use Nick again. Thanks Nick! Niall & Hannah

Celli Property Care did a very good job. They undertook some structural work for us; knocking through a wall, dismantling and underpinning a chimney breast and installing beams to open up our downstairs living area. All the work was done professionally and signed off by building control. They installed 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and did all the plastering, tiling and painting and decorating. They also renovated our floorboards, which now look amazing. The communication was excellent throughout, with Celino the project manager always going the extra mile to keep us informed and discuss options and programme. The builders were also very considerate. We are very happy with the end product. I would recommend them to others. Thanks Celli Property!

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Axel & his team have done a huge amount of work for us through 2022. They started by building the foundations, and then also built the block walls and the structure for the roof. They also constructed an entire extra timber framed shed. After more than four months of working for me constantly I can say that I'm very happy with the quality and speed of Axel's work. He has worked through all the work we have given him, and all the extra issues that came up, with a pragmatic and competent approach. The site today is unrecognisable from when he arrived (he also removed several tonnes of soil for us etc), and I would hire him again without reservation.

Lenny and his colleague communicated well and arrived before the set time with all the materials.Smooth transition from halogen to LED lights and also cleaned up afterwards.I also hired them back to install two dimmers as the LED light are very bright . Jake and Harry did an amazing job with our front wall and fence in the rear garden. We got three quotes for the job and they were the cheapest but also came across professionally. It wasn't a straight forward job, it was was using reclaimed materials that were varying size and shapes. I was also quite particular on the look, I wanted the brickwork to match our house, they took care to match the pointing and bricks but offered advice on how we could save money whist still getting the look we wanted. They arrived everyday on time, they were reliable, honest and extremely hardworking. They also kept us in the loop throughout the work making sure we were going to be happy with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next project. Thumbs up from us!
