We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Razvan- he is a complete professional and a really nice guy. Honest and hardworking and takes pride in his work. Ali Revani at Halibuild provided us with a quote which we accepted. 3 days before the job start date Ali Rezvani called and explained that they had under priced and they would want another £3000 to start the contract. Ali Rezvani then started the job but again admitted that they under priced the job and walked off the site several months into the project after the following major quality issues which needed to be addressed: Pouring the foundations in the wrong place, building the extension in the wrong place, building the roof incorrectly, installed roof steels in the incorrect position, built the extension rear wall too high, the plumbing to the boiler needed to be redone, all the plastering has had to be redone, skirtings needed to be redone, staircase had to be rebuilt. The list goes on and is 40+ points long. This has been a terrible experience and we face serious losses and a stressful dispute."

Rapid Response completed a single storey kitchen and bathroom extension for us, as well as refurbishing our existing bathroom and doing a complete rewiring for the whole house. Sheraz and his team were very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with, and their attention to detail and customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. They talked us through each stage step by step, giving us a range of options as well as providing advice on what would work well. Even at the end of the project they asked if we had any little tweaks or finishing touches and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything, which was incredibly helpful. The prices were very reasonable and we are very pleased with the final finished work. We would highly recommend Rapid Response and will definitely be using them again in future. Many thanks!

I gave this person the plumbing work for my house extension and renovation for the existing of the house, at first this person was polite and well behaved, after he was given the first instalment, his intentions became clear. The contract, which was signed by both of us, was ignored. it was allegedly written by his 17 years old son, who left them and that the man is not responsible for the contract. Whilst the man and his brother were doing the plumbing a few things which were lying around the house had gone missing, as well as the fact that he had just spontaneously disappeared for two-three weeks at a time on multiple occasions. In each occasion he had brought up excuses such as his wife had a heart attack or he had been to Poland for a bereavement. Towards the end his attitude had changed as he became more aggressive. He had persuaded me to give the last installment and promised to be devoted to the task at hand. As soon as I entrusted him with my hard-earned lump sum from my pension he took his tools and left, resulting in me having to find other tradesmen to do the remainder of the work. In his profile he advertised that he has a diploma and many other qualifications in plumbing, I have my doubts as he could not hold a basic conversation in English. This made me suspect whether he really did receive these “qualifications”. His work had many faults within it which forced me to turn to another plumber.
