Really happy with the work Paul and his team did on our extension. They were quick, neat and tidy throughout and kept us updated at each stage. There were some early design changes which building control insisted on and they were happy to adapt to the new plans without fuss. We couldn't believe how quickly it was all finished and the standard of work was very high too. Would definitely hire again if we ever need to.

Radek is a friendly hardworking young tradesman,he turned as he agreed and completed the various jobs I originally asked him to do, my wife & I were so p[eased with his work we asked him to build an extension garden room for us.he has nearly finished that and we are very pleased not just with the quality but also the cost.we would not hesitate in using him again or recommending him to others.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Jake and Harry did an amazing job with our front wall and fence in the rear garden. We got three quotes for the job and they were the cheapest but also came across professionally. It wasn't a straight forward job, it was was using reclaimed materials that were varying size and shapes. I was also quite particular on the look, I wanted the brickwork to match our house, they took care to match the pointing and bricks but offered advice on how we could save money whist still getting the look we wanted. They arrived everyday on time, they were reliable, honest and extremely hardworking. They also kept us in the loop throughout the work making sure we were going to be happy with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next project. Thumbs up from us!

On schedule and to budget, Ibrahim and his team from Triada Building Ltd delivered a very high standard on this project. Despite poor weather (Summer of 2023) and some issues with 3rd party contractors, access for concrete pour, skip delivery etc. his team worked each stage of the project to plan keeping me informed and showing great level of craftsmanship. I was after a simple workshop build that would compliment our house and he did not try to over sell options I wasn't interested in. Very happy with the result, and would recommend. Thank you.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

A really excellent set up of builders. Peter was great in evaluating the work and what we needed done. Sue was clear in her communication on costs, and then execution of the works by Taras and his team was superb. The extension was built in fantastic time-frame, and the end result is great. The work-ethic of the builders is what really makes them so good. They are on-time every day, and relentless with working hard each day.
