Dan and his partner have carried out a large amount of work on my property in stages over the last seven years. This work has included internal structural building work, removal of walls and ceilings, fitting Velux windows, creating made to measure shelving, and the opening out of a fireplace. This year, a new bathroom was fitted, and Dan completed all the tiling work. He has also supplied and fitted new high quality fences after storm damage. Dan's workmanship and professionalism throughout has been of a very high standard. He is only happy when the job is done correctly, and the site is cleared and clean. Dan is a reliable trades person, arriving as arranged, on time, and working efficiently. He shows consideration for his customers, and will attempt to minimise any disruption during building work. Rob and his team have built a 4m by 4m extension to our dining room with vaulted ceiling. The build quality is excellent and the tradespeople that they have brought in to do lighting and heating have also been excellent. When we talked to someone about laying a wooden floor, they explained often they had to do additional work due to the quality of the floor, but when they arrived they said the quality was very good and no further work was required. They have worked well with the building surveyor and asked pertinent questions of the architects resolving a number of issues and saving us quite a lot of money in the process. As builders they are quiet and very respectful, helping us to reach decisions on aspects of the build by providing us with good and helpful information. Their quiet approach has allowed me to work from home throughout the build with minimal interruption. They have also completed an additional modification to the house, upstairs french windows, and oversaw the lifting of my husband's three manual organ upstairs on a lift and safely into the room, before fitting the Juliet balcony. We have now commissioned them to do additional work laying a path and a patio outside the new extension. We are extremely pleased with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
