George was excellent throughout - would highly recommend. Although I did not hire George to complete the whole job (as someone in my family is a bricklayer) he was instrumental in completing the build. A few points to demonstrate: - Fair and transparent quote (which was stuck to); - Flexible throughout delays caused by me (planning, etc.); - Supportive (advice on what he would do if he was running whole job); - Professional (including team). I will use him again.

Mark, Craig and Bison Brickwork did a brilliant job building me a beautiful new garden wall. They were very helpful advising on choosing the perfect brick, built the wall quickly and to the highest quality, and provided excellent value for money. It now looks like a piece of art and I wish the rest of my house looked the same! They were also a total pleasure to work with and there were no nasty surprises or additional costs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for other work.

Valerian unfortunately let me down dreadfully. He agreed a price we signed a contract but then decided to walk off site once it became clear he was unable to do plumbing work. He refused to assist in appointing another contractor and didn't pay his own workers.

Hristo and his team provided an absolutely flawless service throughout and I would highly recommend. His quote was extremely competitive, and the standard of work was brilliant. He listened to what we were looking for, right down to the very detail (even managed to source bricks for a Victorian property that complemented the existing house perfectly) and made sure that we were happy with everything before he started work and also during. He always turned up on time and kept us informed throughout the entire project. I really couldn't recommend highly enough, and we'll certainly consider Hristo for any future building projects that we might have. Attention to detail and general personality are so important, and Hristo is great all round. Perfect job!

Two rooms in one day. The work was done to a high standard and everything fit as it should. He left the job tidy and neat, when I walked into the room, it was if the floor had laid itself. We also hired him to install a double glazed window for us, again work done excellently and no less left

I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

I was very pleased with this company so much so that they are starting a new job for me November 15. The building firms carried out a full loft conversion for me installing bathroom, brickwork, joinery, plastering, Roofing and installation of windows and double glazed doors. I have high standards and want everything to be completed in the same way, the workmen respected my home and always left if clean. My main contact was with the owner of the company Dwight Lynch, he was very flexible and Nothing was too much for him to do. He has an attitude which I like in a builder "customer not always right but must be happy" he provided me with ideas along the way and where things did not go to plan due to my own instructions he worked around the issue and provided suitable alternative options. I was very happy with the pricing of the job and feel that certainly I would recommend him and also I would use him again. He and his workmen were all trust worthy and I gave them keys to my house to carry-out work whilst I went on holiday. I had no concerns when I came back everything was as I left it.

We needed a totally new bathroom and Pk did an Absolutely amazing job. From start to finish all in 2 weeks and for a really good price. Great advice on what we thought was good but their advice was better and more practical. Great to have builders with more than experience but an eye for detail aswell.
