The cladding was due to start yesterday, Monday 6th of September. In the weekend, I was told they would come do a site visit on Monday instead of starting the job. They came on site yesterday morning and nothing was said about any issues. They said they would start the next day, Tuesday. I got a call at the end of the afternoon (around 5 pm) yesterday to be told suddenly that there are many problems; not levelled portions of frame (which can be easily rectified), no toilet on site (which they knew about - they knew also that the public toilet is only 50 m away), access problems which they also knew about ect... Suddenly a multitude of problems arised! They wanted more money. It is very obvious that they found another job somewhere. I would classify this sort of behaviour simply as not honest. Also expensive- I was quoted £4000 to clad a tiny first-floor(38 m2) . The overall cladding would be 75 m2 in total. Disappointing.

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve said how lucky we were that we chose Bryan and his team to build our kitchen extension. The team went above and beyond to ensure as little disruption as possible, as we remained living at home whilst the work took place. During this difficult time, Bryan did everything possible to source the materials required to finish our build before our baby arrived and some how he managed it! His team were really friendly and the family miss having them around. They always tidied up after themselves before leaving too. What we thought was going to be a stressful time was in-fact the opposite. Bryan managed the whole process, kept us updated throughout and made sure the build remained on budget. The level of finish is of the highest standard, better than we could have imagined and I can’t recommend Concept enough. We will undoubtedly be using them again for work in the future. Thanks again to Bryan and his Team.

Richard and his team have always been very hard working, respectful and professional throughout the project. We have had an extension, utility and bathroom/toilet renovation and we are very happy with the quality of work. It has transformed our home into a beautiful living space. Richard was very helpful when giving advice on materials we were choosing. The team were very accommodating to our needs, easy to work with and always tidied up after themselves. The payment schedule made it easy to keep on top of the budget and pay for any optional extras along the way. The building work was completed within the set timescale and to a high standard. On our first meeting I felt comfortable and was glad of input from Robin. Agreed to a plan and only had to wait a few weeks before work could start. All preparations made to protect my drive before skip arrived. All work carried out in a very professional manner and team were very polite and friendly. Even though weather was against ground works they provided shelter so work could continue. I’ve been very pleased with their approach and can’t fault the outcome. Although met with a couple of delays on garden furniture, (nothing to do with Robin and his team, circumstances outside control)all other aspects of this job have met with my approval. Was apprehensive of having people in but can honestly say there have not been any issues and when the skip was removed within an hour, Robin was back on site to clear and wash down the drive. So looking as good as new. It’s been a pleasure having them on my property and will look at using their services again in the future should the need arise. Nothing too much bother. So my thanks to them all.

Sean worked with us from a very early stage, prepared the drawings, coordinated with the council and ensured that we received the building approval on time. He was always available to advice us (when requested) on design challenges, choosing installers and material choices which we found very helpful. I was very lucky to find Ryan and Bill on this website! They completed my job in the time promised and I couldn't be happier with it! They were great. Nothing was too much trouble and they tidied up every evening. They were v thouthful whilst stripping out the kitchen as they would plumb washing machine in every night before they left on a temp pipe and didn't leave me without a cooker or temp fresh water tap at all! The job is finished to a high standard as they are perfectionists! I would absolutely recommend them ! On a personal level they are both v likeable and polite and like to think up suggestions and ideas for the project along the way. I will 100% be using them again .
