Painting & Decorating- 24 Feb 2020
Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

My partner and I are so pleased with the extension work which Paul & team carried out, not just what was done but also the way it was done. All of the team were great - they turned up when they said they would, and simply got on with their work, They were all polite, friendly, helpful, conscientious, and made several suggestions to improve the finished work. They frequently checked on details with us as the work progressed to ensure that we was satisfied and our needs were met, we was extremely impressed with how they understood & handled our neighbours, will definitely use again in future projects!

Extensions- 11 Nov 2019
I hired peter of quality first for a single story rear extension and total house refurb in a investment property. After much discussion and advice from peter regarding the costs and Added value, I decided to just do a house refurb, and I can truly say that peter’s input was sound and saved me a lot of time and money. I was able to leave peter and his guys to get on with the job and was extremely happy with the end result. I was kept up to date with progress on a daily Basis and Peter managed to keep close to budget by sourcing materials and appliances from his various reliable sources, sometimes travelling great distance in order to do so. I was so happy with the results that I have used Peter and his team for a much bigger project which is close to completion (on schedule) and will continue to use and recommend peter in the future.

I received planning permission for a 3m extension, garage conversion and garden office with a toilet/shower and the architect recommended Timall. We of course carried out all our due diligence before selecting Timall as our builder. I received around 8 final quotes from various legal and reputable builders, and gratefully we chose Timall after checking their previous projects. Timall renovated my townhouse, stripped to brick, repartitioned to be more functional for my family, moved bathrooms, new kitchen etc. The council building control said we needed piling for the 3m extension, and Timall were fantastic to change their plans to carry out other internal work whilst a piling specialist was called in, who Timall also liaised with. The garden office, 3m extension and garage conversion all went well. Parminder the director was very hands-on during the project daily, with his builders on-site daily, honest in his advice, and very experienced in his knowledge of the building industry.

Peter was the on-site foreman on our complete house renovation, which took just over a year. This included an additional ensuite pod bedroom in the roof and a side-return and extension to the kitchen. Peter was totally reliable throughout the project and thoroughly professional. Throughout this time we were living in the house with the children. He was always on time, managed the on-site team well and communicated clearly with us. His workmanship is high quality and he was also a stickler for checking the work of others and getting it updated if it wasn’t up to scratch. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

I recently used PrimeUK Contractors Limited for conversion works at our studios in Camden, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project timeline was set at six weeks, and the team delivered right on schedule. Pavlo and his team had a clear understanding of the scope and what needed to be achieved, going above and beyond to make the project a success. The quality and attention to detail in their work were outstanding, and my entire team was thrilled with the final result. Their pricing was competitive and fair, which was another bonus. When we have more work in the pipeline, Pavlo and PrimeUK will definitely be my first call. Highly recommend!
