We have always found it a problem trying to match the correct tradesman to any work we have needed doing, so much so that many jobs have been left undone. You either end up with a personality clash, or just plain bad workmanship, well not this time. The entire process was a joy from start to finish, from the initial quoting process, to the completion and the standard of work was exemplary. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and they were very pleasant to have around. We are busy drawing up a fresh list of jobs we need doing and would certainly thoroughly recommend them. If you have had any bad experiences in the past, give them a try, you will be very satisfied.

They came to completely refurbish a dated property. The works included full redecoration with some plastering, new flooring, new radiators, some electrical and plumbing work, repositioning of doors, and installing a new kitchen. The whole team are professional, polite, quiet, helpful and reliable, and they were able to stick to the agreed timeline. They managed the whole project to a tight timetable with no delays, all along with good communication and easy resolution of any issues that arose. We thoroughly recommend KS Construction and will be asking for them to return for further work in the garden in the Spring.

Paul was absolutely great to work with on our project. I would have no hesitations in hiring him and his team again, which we plan to do. He was great as the plans changed, and when unexpected things cropped up he communicated with us really clearly and promptly. The quality of the work is really high, and even as there have been (really) minor snags to deal with after he's been great about these too.

The build was completed to a very high standard. Stefan and his team were extremely professional, polite and demonstrated amazing attention to detail. Kamil and his tiler have been excellent. He was able to do the work at short notice, he always turned up on time and stuck to his quote. The quality of the work is excellent with special mention of the tiling which would probably win a competition! Kamil remedied minor problems that occurred as the work was in progress ensuring that the completed work was first rate. I will certainly use Kamil again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
