We hired Luca for a job that involved a variety of work across our entire flat. Being totally new to renovation work and having been stung by other builders, meeting Luca was a breath of fresh air – he was friendly, helpful and honest. Luca did an great job for a very reasonable price. He’s fairly new to contracting bigger jobs, but he’s got a lot of previous experience as a tradesman and his plastering in particular was perfect – we’ve had loads of compliments on the quality of his walls and ceilings. He was always on time, always communicated with us fully, and was a pleasure to have around the flat. He made a real effort to keep disruption as minimal as possible and was very patient with us about stuff needing to be moved from one place to another. It wasn’t the easiest job and there were a couple of problems and extras, but Luca takes a lot of pride in his trade and worked extremely hard to keep us happy. We had a couple of plumbing issues arise but he went well above and beyond to resolve them, coming back for 2 days after the job was due to be finished to make sure that everything was working properly. This is far more than we expected, and we did really trust that Luca wasn’t the sort of person that would leave anything unfinished. We’re so chuffed that we met Luca and with the excellent work he did, and would love to work with him again. Luca is going to go on to big things, so if you get the chance to hire him now, we'd recommend him without hesitation.

KBL recently completed a side infill extension for us that involved a lot of complex hurdles (e.g., requiring special foundations because of a Thames Water waste pipe and steel beams). In hindsight, we were very lucky to have hired them because they made the whole experience stress-free by explaining everything to us and handling our neighbours, contractors, structural engineer and building control for us. The amount of digging in confined spaces and hard, physical labour they put into this job is amazing. The extension looks great, is solid, warm and watertight. The wetroom they built inside it hasn't had any problems - plumbing is working great. Their plastering quality is excellent. We had to live in the property during the 4 months of construction but we felt relaxed and 100% trusted KBL to respect and care for the house. They have a lot of experience, know the building regulations, use quality materials and methods, they answered all of our questions with patience and always responded to my phone calls + texts quickly. They're so good that we'll give them an additional job to do which we originally planned for in spring 2024. Everyone we know wants KBL's contact details and we definitely want to ask them back for future work.

Hard Flooring- 8 May 2019
I was very pleased with Igor’s work on the flooring and under floor heating, so decided to ask Raimundas to quote for a large bathroom, hallway, fitted kitchen, rewiring of all electrics and flooring throughout the rest of the flat. Due to work and my partner living overseas, I needed to trust somebody for a long length of time with my keys and my property. I was able to have a lot of the work done while not in the country, communicating with pictures, videos etc. Obviously this was important for me and made having the work done easier. There were also many problems with the kitchen delivery and other things that didn’t go according to plan. Raimundas was patient and polite at all times, even though it was sometimes rather frustrating. I highly recommend his services, and would definitely consider RR Construction for the next job

Scott is punctual, very polite, knows his job really well. He came promptly after a courtesy call and completed the job to the fullest satisfaction. He made sure we are happy with the outcome and very friendly. I would highly recommend Scott for TV mounting, any unit assembly from flat box packing, fixing and installation and brick works.
