Had three quotes for a base for a garden shed, Toma was the cheapest by far. We arranged a day for the work to be done, bit apprehensive because I never knew anything about the company. Mr Toma and two others turned up, what lovely people they were, especially Mr Toma, the job was highly professional, everything was tidied up. Would I use them again.........100%. I would highly recommend them.

Younger brother Anti was a professional and I would hire again but beware of the elder sibling as his workmanship his poor, here is a list:- 1) the cupboard fitted under the stairs was misaligned and the hinges are loose. Paint job was poorly finished too. 2) cupboard fitted across the boiler was all bent. Anti came and fixed it. 3) varnish across door and skirting boards were done once and therefore have an uneven spread 4) the floorboards did not have enough glue placed in certain areas so it creaks 5) grout in some time are missing 6) really poor sealant work on the bathroom 7) broke my £2000 TV and then hid the evidence. I only found out after placing the furniture back in its place. In contrast Anti did a good job in fitting the radiator. If you can Illicit promises of Anti only completing the job without the older the brother then go for it or else give them a wide berth.

We were thoroughly pleased with Bathroom Renovation, Bahram and the services provided. We required stud walls throughout our apartment, ceiling replacement and ducting/pipework concealing. I can only say that Bahram and his communications have been a breath of fresh air. The team are efficient, friendly and get the job done - most importantly Bahram takes pride in the work his team complete. Our job was relatively urgent and Bahram offered what I feel was a fair price, remained communicative and had his team readily available to get the job completed within the timeframe. Most importantly, as with it seems all building works, jobs can grow slightly, but Bahram’s considered approach and advice was invaluable. We increased the scope of our works mid-job, and are really pleased with the results. Fair pricing, someone who has pride in their work, and a job well done.

I had the pleasure of working with Habib on the renovation of my house. My review of his work during renovation: 1- He has done excellent job in rewiring the house. he segmented each floor and kitchen and put them on separate ring, he expanded consumer box for future growth as well as installing wired smoke and security alarms 2,3 - He fitted pipe and installed unvented cylinder system with water softener perfectly including multiple heating control zones which I can control each floor individually (I love it). 4- he built a beautiful and prefect extension in garden, he considered all building regulations such as structural integrity, fire safety, energy efficiency, damp proofing, ventilation and other key aspects that ensure a building is safe. In addition to above he has very good personality and he is approachable to discuss changes or add new tasks to job (unlike some builders whom don’t like it). Throughout the course of the renovation, Habib was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of my project. Good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Although my project took time to complete, I have a wonderful outcome and a work of art now. Tudor did a great job on our kitchen. He kept us informed on progress all the way through the job allowing time in the morning for questions and then getting on with the work during the day. At the end of each day he showed us and spoke with us about the excellent progress he had made. Very pleased with our lovely new kitchen which is clean, bright and spacious.

Communicated well at the start with reasonable cost. work was done well but the finishing was not so great as expected. The end cost was very expensive. Charged by the hour, the team were very slow which was upsetting to see me pay for time where they sat around not doing much. Ensure to agree fixed price. Communication after job is poor, double glazing has warranty which now not being able to communicate with kostas having to pay to get things done that should be covered in warranty. Central heating give huge problems. Do not use for big jobs

We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pajtim on a large project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Pajtim is incredibly friendly, level-headed, and trustworthy. He kept to the agreed quote and consistently updated me on the progress. He understood my difficulty with planning and financial challenges and showed great attention to detail throughout the project. Although there was a long snag list, it was understandable given the project's size. The garden is still to be completed, but I'm glad I chose him. I highly recommend Pajtim for any building work.
