I was hesitant to leave feedback for a number of reasons, although having now renovated another house and had many more smaller jobs seen to be great tradesmen, I can honestly say that George Campbell aka Gebre Kristoskassa is one of the worst and most dishonest builders we’ve ever come across. We heard from a few other tradesperson that his prior client or clients were suing him and it’s no big surprise. Avoid him and give someone honest a chance.

Celli Property Care did a very good job. They undertook some structural work for us; knocking through a wall, dismantling and underpinning a chimney breast and installing beams to open up our downstairs living area. All the work was done professionally and signed off by building control. They installed 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen and did all the plastering, tiling and painting and decorating. They also renovated our floorboards, which now look amazing. The communication was excellent throughout, with Celino the project manager always going the extra mile to keep us informed and discuss options and programme. The builders were also very considerate. We are very happy with the end product. I would recommend them to others. Thanks Celli Property!

I was very pleased with Igor’s work on the flooring and under floor heating, so decided to ask Raimundas to quote for a large bathroom, hallway, fitted kitchen, rewiring of all electrics and flooring throughout the rest of the flat. Due to work and my partner living overseas, I needed to trust somebody for a long length of time with my keys and my property. I was able to have a lot of the work done while not in the country, communicating with pictures, videos etc. Obviously this was important for me and made having the work done easier. There were also many problems with the kitchen delivery and other things that didn’t go according to plan. Raimundas was patient and polite at all times, even though it was sometimes rather frustrating. I highly recommend his services, and would definitely consider RR Construction for the next job

I had the pleasure of working with Habib on the renovation of my house. My review of his work during renovation: 1- He has done excellent job in rewiring the house. he segmented each floor and kitchen and put them on separate ring, he expanded consumer box for future growth as well as installing wired smoke and security alarms 2,3 - He fitted pipe and installed unvented cylinder system with water softener perfectly including multiple heating control zones which I can control each floor individually (I love it). 4- he built a beautiful and prefect extension in garden, he considered all building regulations such as structural integrity, fire safety, energy efficiency, damp proofing, ventilation and other key aspects that ensure a building is safe. In addition to above he has very good personality and he is approachable to discuss changes or add new tasks to job (unlike some builders whom don’t like it). Throughout the course of the renovation, Habib was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of my project. Good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Although my project took time to complete, I have a wonderful outcome and a work of art now. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Thank you, Habib, At the end I would like to thank Jake for his part and hard-working during renovation of my house. Hamid

Mohammed Huda and his builder were professional and quick to attend our job –– recommend! The communication was fast and professional. Mohammed provided a detailed quote (our job had to go through insurance) that is fair and transparent. The builder who came around, Jafa, was very respectful to our things. We were able to trust him from the get-go and had a peace of mind when he was working. He works incredibly hard and is methodical in his process (e.g. painting ceiling first, then walls, so to avoid splatter unevenness). They responded to our requests quickly and fixed things we weren't 100% happy with. The team finished the job ahead of time, and gave us tips for refurbishing in the future. Very happy and highly recommend!

you will see I ask for experts in my job posting because my desired outcome of this job was quiet floor as you walk across. I hired LTDinchev and the 2 gentlemen were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The job was completed for the price quoted and in the time specified. my only disappointment is after the job was completed I still had SOME of the same floor noises. so although they work hard on my subfloor I did not get 100% my desired outcome.

Conversions - General- 4 May 2025
I Hired Em to do my ground floor reno, which included a garage conversion and remodel of my kitchen where 2 internal walls were removed. Very glad I found Em to do the job. Him and his team was efficient, friendly, tidy and hard working. We encountered obstacles along the process (which is normal for any renovation) but Em gave his opinion, listened and we came to the best solutions. Very happy with the result. Em is a reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, fair, down to earth guy and one of the best if not the best contractor I have hired. Highly recommend. Some before and after pictures.
