I’m really happy with the work carried out. He came in to fix my steps after a previous builder had damaged them and left them unstable, and the difference is night and day. Everything now feels solid, secure and properly finished. He also fixed the skirting boards and installed my desk, all to a very high standard. What I really appreciated was how professional he was throughout and the advice he gave along the way, which showed real experience and care for the job. Overall, a really high-quality finish and a great attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. Leslie carried out the following works: chemical damp injection to walls on rear extension, reroute down-pipe, repair fracture on rear wall, install gutter hedgehog. Hopefully, this will resolve some of the issues we had with damp, a blocked down-pipe and an overflowing gutter. Leslie arrived on time on the first day but was delayed a few hours the next day. However, the work still was done within two days as expected. Thank you!

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Each element was completed to a very high standard. On top of that, Vas was friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear he takes real pride in delivering great results. Restoration & Refurbishment- 16 May 2021
TLC have completed the first phase of the project which has involved a complete renovation and upgrade of the kitchen, bathroom, and rear garden area. A new contemporary staircase has also been fitted. The work has been completed well ahead of schedule, and this is testament to the planning and coordination skills provided by TLC. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard, and a great deal of care has been taken to ensure the minimum disruption to the local residents. We are extremely grateful for the advice and support provided to us leading up to the restoration work and whilst the restoration was underway, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. Our house has been transformed into a contemporary family home. Many thanks to Bradley, Paul, and the rest of the team at TLC.

Peter was the on-site foreman on our complete house renovation, which took just over a year. This included an additional ensuite pod bedroom in the roof and a side-return and extension to the kitchen. Peter was totally reliable throughout the project and thoroughly professional. Throughout this time we were living in the house with the children. He was always on time, managed the on-site team well and communicated clearly with us. His workmanship is high quality and he was also a stickler for checking the work of others and getting it updated if it wasn’t up to scratch. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

Steve and his team were excellent throughout. Turned up on time every day, very reliable. Excellent attention to detail and great pride in their work. All areas of building work undertaken to a very professional standard. We had new bathroom fitted, new fence and handmade shed, lean-to rebuilt from scratch with new roof, patio doors, new flooring, plastering, outside patio. Very happy with the work. Good value for money. Highly recommended would use again without hesitation.
