I don’t think I could write a review that covered everything this company complied with, to say they were brilliant would be an understatement, we have had builders in the past but none would come up to Vince and Shaun, extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble for them and the work so so professional, I really cannot believe how what once was a garage is now going to be our kitchen, if it wasn’t for them I don’t think we would have the finished article what we now have, anyone who needs any building/conversion etc work done then I wouldn’t even look elsewhere, there was a little mishap ( which was the company’s fault who supplied the window) there was a crack in the glass,which I didn’t notice but the builder did!! Anyway they ordered a new piece the same day, for all the work which was carried out I would have to give 100% for everything. We are going to be using the same company to fit my new kitchen, flooring etc as I know I couldn’t get another company as good as this one and I would say to anyone who is looking for any building work etc you will not find a more professional, friendly, genuine company than Vince and Shaun, absolutely first class all round. Erikas recently completed work on our cottage in the Forest of Dean. He coordinated work on what was a very difficult site in terms of access. He had a very positive approach at all times and the quality of his work was first rate. Much of the work we did was exposed structural oak framing and decking. He managed all the trades in a timely way and anticipated potential problems ahead of time. The results look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others.

Job was started on time and I was kept informed all the way through on what and when things would be done. The extension was completed on time and was exactly as I requested, a couple of very minor issues came to light after the work was completed, but all that was needed was a quick phone call and things were put right the same day, I class that as good service. I would highly recommend OFI Builders.

Ben and his colleagues have done a brilliant job of re-rendering the outside of my house in South Warwickshire. I really can't fault the team's work. They were all very keen to ensure that we were happy with the work. The project was undertaken in some challenging weather conditions at times and we did have some delays as a result. Communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening. I would very highly recommend BespokeBuilds to anyone needing rendering or plastering. Excellent!

Steve and his team were an absolute asset at the start of the project. His attention to detail and numerous suggestions were very much appreciated. All of the work carried out was exceptional. Steve is personable and it has been a difficult for me to leave negative feedback. The standard of work I received in the latter stage of the project was mediocre at best. I know Steve is passionate about wanting to rectify all issues but is incapable of delivering. Certain issues I was happy to overlook such as him deciding to change my chosen kitchen without discussion with me, ordering grey radiator instead of black, ordering victorian style taps for bathroom when I had provided details of the modern taps I wanted and being told I owed an additional 10k because my previous payments had not been accounted for. In November 2015 I was told all extensive works would be complete in April 2016. Endless failed deadlines and poor communication has meant the work has not been completed in October 2016. Faulty electrical wiring, damp, missing carpentry, spilt paint on furniture and new flooring, miss matched plug sockets (originally put in wrong position) are just a few of the outstanding issues. Approx 6 deadlines have been given to rectify but there is no attempt to complete. I have spent 55k with Steve and have been left to resolve these issues at my own expense.

We recently had our Driveway replaced with block paving the work was completed by Arlun Groundwork’s. We are absolutely delighted with the transformation and can’t thank the team enough. Would highly recommend them, very professional and friendly team who ensured that we were kept informed of their progress and at the end of each day made sure the site was tidy and made safe. The amount of comments we have received from our neighbours have been extremely positive. Once again thank you Dan and the team.
