Thomas and his team were excellent to work with, through from the planning stages to completion. We had a garage extension built and Tom was able to perfectly match the existing bricks. The work schedule was stuck to along with a few changes added along the way. I would use Tom’s construction company again and recommend him for anyone who requires a first class service.

Great service from groundwork right through to decorating and finishing touches. Good communication all the way through with all trades being very respectful of neighbours and surroundings. A specific mention on the care of the request made for tiling of Shower room, an awkward task but with exemplary finish. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thanks to Billy and his team.

Brian did an excellent job rehanging a door on the other side of the door opening. He explained the problems involved and how he would tackle the job. He achieved a first class finish and his attention to detail was second to none. He left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will certainly be using him again for jobs which need doing.

Overall I am pleased with how the fence looks, the materials look good. Although Mr Little visited the property to give a quote for the works he decided the quote was too low & needed to add a sum of almost £700 extra. This shows unprofessionalism. The work ethic was some of the most bizarre I have ever seen, over 4 days the gentleman from LO Property arrived at different times, getting later throughout the week.They stood around looking at their mobiles much more than I would have liked. The 1st day only 3 concrete posts were removed, I understand much cannot be done on the first day due to deliveries and such but there were 2 of them. There was plenty of work to be getting on with, it felt very unorganised. The 2nd day, half of the concrete post fence was put up, that is much more like the level of work I would come to expect, however this did not last long as on the 3rd day it was yet another doss day. The final day was a complete rush, the job was finished but it was obvious it was rushed. A lot of rubbish was left; a few small tools were left. I wanted to mention the 2 gentlemen that did most of the labour were very polite and professional. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Mr Little, I was not kept updated with the works and the plan of action of each day. He avoided eye contact with me when I did talk with him, when I saw him in the garden mostly he was on his mobile. I just got the feeling he didn't need this job & didn’t want to do it.

Conversions - General- 4 Feb 2019
Pat Norman is not what he says he is. Blocked in a Back Door & Window, installed a smaller window in the same place. Installed the door & window at the back of our garage. All fine. However, he then started on the conversion of my kitchen. My god what a mess. He took ages to sort out the plumbing for Loo, Sink & Shower. The tiling was so bad, he damaged a new shower door beyond repair, i was lost for words. The job he said would be done in 2-3 weeks, after 6.5weeks i had had enough of him. He even asked me if i was happy with what he had done! Well what could i say. I told him that he had two options, complete the job to a very high standard, knowing that he could not do this, or pay me back 50% of the money i had already paid him. Neither of these options he has done. He charged me 150 pounds per day. I have one of these door bells which pick up every motion from my front door. He was in and out of my house every 10 mins the whole time he was working, or not working, which is more the case. I sent him a invoice giving him time to repay me, then statements and telling him what i intended to do. i receive nothing. This man is not a professional person. He is as stated in a text message a 66 year old , occasional plumber. Very different to what he says he is. PLEASE DO NOT GO AND EMPLOYEE THIS PERSON FOR ANY WORK YOU MAY HAVE. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU WITH A DISASTER ON YOUR HANDS. I now have had to find others to complete the work for me and at additional expense.
