We cannot thank Danny and Constructek enough for our beautiful extension. From his first visit to look at the project and quote through to the last this week to complete Danny and his team have been amazing. All of the trades people were so friendly and accommodating. Danny handled all of the tradespeople and deliveries for us, making the whole process such a job. The standard of his work is beyond exceptional and it is clear why he is a Master Builder. Nothing is too much trouble and Danny accommodated our every request. He and his team made our project a joy to have built. We really cannot recommend his company enough. We would be more than happy for any of his potential customers to come to our home and see the exceptional work they have done. We are over the moon with our finished project and will be using Danny and Constructek again. Thank you so very much more making our dream a reality.

John knocked down a plasterboard wall for me. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after and was a pleasure to deal with. His price was very reasonable too. I'd definitely use him again and recommend him.

Conversions - General- 29 Sep 2022
The job - gutting our living room. Tearing down the ceiling, removing all old wallpaper and ripping up the floor in order to insulate and add lighting. While we were doing this, we decided to replace the main steel in the living room (which was oversize and impacted the floor height in the guest room) and do remedial works in the guest room. The steel replacement was not time budgeted, but Oli and Tony didn’t hesitate to quote,To make time for us and bring in the structural engineer. Probably added 3 weeks to their time on site. The trades they brought in (plumbing for heating, electrician for downlighters, structural engineer and plasterers) were all professional, did an excellent job and were all unfailingly polite. It was easy to build a good, positive relationship with them, to the point we felt comfortable giving them the keys to the house so they could work while we went away for two weeks. They sent photos of their progress and showed up and worked as if we were there. I was very impressed by the state of the house when we got back. They watered our plants (I didn’t ask) and they cleaned the hallway so that it was spotless. They did a good job for a fair price, and were always cheerful and open to conversation. They came back to do a few snagging items without being chased (this is a huge thing for me, after having chased many builders to finish bits and pieces). I would definitely use them again.

Matt, Rob and the team have been absolutely brilliant in managing and building our extension. There were a lot of challenges around the build to manage; we had awful December weather with rain every day but the team worked weekends to keep to schedule, and there were issues with the structural engineers plans and the kitchen designers - not to mention the arrival of lockdown, but they dealt with every issue brilliantly and positively. The team are a pleasure to have around the house, and Rob found a solution every time we had a challenge. The work is of a very high standard - we are amazed how well they have matched the exterior and they offered good advice for us on how to make the most of interior space as well as being very collaborative in finding ways to be as efficient with the budget as possible. This was not a huge external build but it was very complex inside as we were reconfiguring rooms & knocking through rooms, and the team managed a complicated process expertly. I highly recommend the Groundforce team to anyone looking at residential building work. They have been first class.

Kevin from K7 renovations has done 2 jobs for me in the last few years, the first being an annex in my garden, the second was a full extension with high vaulted ceilings. Both jobs ran smoothly from the time I handed him my architects drawings. The things that stood out for me were Kevin's knowledge and understanding of what I required, the timekeeping of everyone on site and last but not least the site was left tidy at the end of every day. I would highly recommend K7 to anyone. I would be happy to share photos of these projects with anyone.

Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending BCB Building Services who came recommended to me prior to this work by word of mouth. I needed to carry out modest renovation and remediation works on a newly purchased period property requiring many trades; general builder, scaffolder, plumber, plasterer, roofer, landscaper and damp specialist, etc. Brad and BCB team promptly provided a quote and, essential for me, agreed to source and project manage the diverse trades required to complete the work. They are busy but worth the patience and short wait necessary to get the work done by them. The workforce were professional, tidy, courteous and organised minimising disruption during the works and leaving the house clean and undamaged in their wake. The works were delivered per schedule and to a high standard and whilst not the cheapest, the pricing is fair and I believe the outcome represents tremendous value. Brad and the team remained pro-active beyond works completion and engaged actively in addressing the small amount of trivial snagging. They are now my go to for building works.
