Lack of professionalism! Called me at 2150 to say was interested in job, warning signal but said far enough so booked an appointment. He didn’t turn up nor respond to my texts asking if he was held up somewhere. I am not sure how trustworthy he is.

Byron replied to a job quickly, quote was what we have expected and he accomodated specific date we needed this done by. Communication from the beginning until the end was great, he explained everything clearly, advised day before what time will they be arriving and arrived in time. Did a fantastic job plastering living room ceiling and cleaned up the floor afterwards as well. Very pleased and will definitelly be employing again for any future jobs. Thank you!

Well what an absolute pleasure! Quite simply one of the most professional tradespeople I have had the pleasure to hire. Vasile and his entire crew were all polite, professional and extremely hard working. They were onsite almost every day without fail no matter the weather, worked quickly and often long hours. Everything that we asked for was done to a premium finish, and often Vasile would suggest alternatives that would work better. They were also able to make alterations once the job was started as circumstances in the build changed from outside factors. The quality of the finish is top rate, and the end result is absolutely stunning, the work has totally transformed the house. I cannot recommend Vasile and his team highly enough, and will happily recommend them to all my friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. If we ever extend or have further need for a builder he will certainly be my first choice. To sum up, Vasile is competitively priced, trustworthy, a hard worker and highly skilled. I wish to publicly thank him for his dedication and keeping the whole experience as painless as possible!

My experience with asset construction has been excellent. It was more of a trust thing and Andy was very professional and knew what he was doing. Andy was very honest and competitive as compared to other quotes I have got. I did not have to worry about watching over the builder or being over priced. I can say I can trust on any quotes he gives unlike some other dodgy builders. I had a major job completed by asset construction and will book them for any future work. All his workmen know what they are doing including plasters, plumbers and they do job to perfection. Unlike other builders who rush through jobs to get paid asset construction was more committed in completing the job to perfection even if meant taking longer. Thank you Andy for the great work

The team completed a large single storey extension approximately 12 months ago. The quality of the work carried out was of a very high standard and it still looks as good as it did when it was completed. The additional tradespeople that were brought in for specific tasks were all highly skilled and professional. The work quoted for was carried out on budget. As the work progressed, various additional tasks were needed but options for each of these were discussed and costed before they were undertaken. Communication was straight forward. I hired him because he seemed very nice and honest. However, there was an issue with something that It wasn't done as I asked him and instead of trying to solve it he came to pick up the tools and leave me hanging with the job. I payed him for a job that he didn't finish and had to finish myself as I could. No attention to detail and wanted to finish things fast so he could move on to another job, which means the job was poorly done. His English is not very well so the communication was poor.

Steve and his team worked quickly and reliably on our project and were pleasant to deal with. Every time there was a difficulty, they found a way to overcome it. They were always on site when they were supposed to be and worked hard, so we made really fast progress. They also made adjustments because we were living on site and needed access to some facilities. All in all, we were really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

Des and Steve did an outstanding job digging for the foundation and pouring the concrete. They were professional, very tidy, and friendly throughout the process. I also want to express my appreciation for their plumber, Tony, who did a great job redoing the connection to the old cast iron water supply pipe and moving the stopcock. Their combined efforts were impressive and much appreciated. Now waiting for them to carry on with thd brick work.

The Job was to extend the rear of the house on the ground floor, open up the kitchen and reception room into one open plan living area, to refresh the rest of the house which included new plaster skim, doors and frames and to fit new bathrooms and kitchen as well as an rewire on the whole house and the construction of a retaining wall in the garden to accommodate the extension. Florins team were excellent from start to finish, the whole project was completed in record time to a very high standard. The 10 weeks turnaround was incredible, we were very happy that Florin was always here at the property or on the end of the phone throughout the process, his professional advice and smart ideas made for a smooth transition from room to room. The team were very hard working, polite and knowledgeable, these guys worked very hard and very quickly which was amazing to see and I was very grateful we were able to move into the property earlier than planned which even saved us money on the temporary accommodation we had! Can’t thank you enough Florin, any small issues we had were dealt with quickly and smoothly, I love the house, the level of work and would 100% use Florin and his team on my next project!

I would not use Dan again. Complete lack of expertise on certain aspects of this build resulting in a lot of stress for me. Failure to gain necessary permissions despite Dan's reassurances at the time. An error on Dan's part related in the entrance to my property having to become much smaller than I needed. Disappointed overall.
