Kel and his team worked on my single storey extension with bifold doors and glass roof. He also did some landscaping in my garden, replacing the fencing and installing a raised patio with cedar battens to the side. Overall I was very pleased with the work Kel did. He is a good communicator and frequently visited the site to keep on top of the work. Kel was happy to discuss requests and was flexible with design changes. The bulk of the work was completed on time with just some minor snags remaining, but the finish is excellent. It's been a long and stressful journey, but it's been easier with the friendly support and professional approach Kel has taken to his job. I'd be happy to recommend Craft of London and provide a reference on request.

Tudor did a great job on our kitchen. He kept us informed on progress all the way through the job allowing time in the morning for questions and then getting on with the work during the day. At the end of each day he showed us and spoke with us about the excellent progress he had made. Very pleased with our lovely new kitchen which is clean, bright and spacious.

Communicated well at the start with reasonable cost. work was done well but the finishing was not so great as expected. The end cost was very expensive. Charged by the hour, the team were very slow which was upsetting to see me pay for time where they sat around not doing much. Ensure to agree fixed price. Communication after job is poor, double glazing has warranty which now not being able to communicate with kostas having to pay to get things done that should be covered in warranty. Central heating give huge problems. Do not use for big jobs

We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! Ceca Developments have done an outstanding work on our side and rear extension project, and we would definitely recommend this company. Firstly, they have offered a really competitive quote for the work and have been very transparent and detailed in regards to how long it will take to complete the project. Sebastjan has been a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful during the project, providing honest and useful recommendations and being available every time we needed anything. All the work has been completed to a very high standard and to the agreed timelines. We did not have to worry about anything during the whole project, which made this a very pleasant experience.

DPS were superb from start to finish. They were hired to build a single storey rear extension in North London including a new kitchen and bathroom fit. I met Ralph on site along with a number of other builders, Ralph was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained what was required with practical solutions. DPS clearly scoped out the timeline and cost for each stage of the build and kept to this. They completed several agreed extras throughout the job. Communication with Ralph and the whole DPS team was first class throughout. I own a number of rental properties and can comfortably say DPS are the best builders I've dealt with, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they will be my first port of call for future work.

Very professional quotation, I chose over two others because he was very clear on where extra costs may arise and was very straightforward. He advised a different finish than I originally thought I wanted with cut stone edges and it looks even better with his suggestions. His crew were very friendly and professional. I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.
