Had three quotes for a base for a garden shed, Toma was the cheapest by far. We arranged a day for the work to be done, bit apprehensive because I never knew anything about the company. Mr Toma and two others turned up, what lovely people they were, especially Mr Toma, the job was highly professional, everything was tidied up. Would I use them again.........100%. I would highly recommend them.

The builders did an incredible job refurbishing my house. For my house I wanted to break the internal wall to create a bigger living room and also for them to refurbish the toilet. In the beginning they’ve set a period when everything will be done and they’ve stuck to it so they are trustworthy. Seeing the progress, I could definitely tell that they were working incredibly hard and I know that they have been working long hours to ensure that they manage to finish it within the timeframe that they’ve set. I would definitely recommend them.

Shami and his team had been fantastic from start to finish! Before hiring his team he showed me around a house his team built, which was amazing to see. His communication was excellent throughout the progress of my renovation and very reassuring. Even as I had made changes to the build, he was very helpful in planning and adjusting to my needs. His team had built a single floor rear extension, including a new kitchen, bathroom suite, full electric rewire and plumbing from scratch. Also, comparing his team with six other builders, he had one of the most competitive quotes for the build. Post finishing the job, any issues I had were resolved immediately putting me at ease! I would definitely hire Shami and his team for any future jobs.

The job was a complete refurbishment of a one bed flat, including rewiring and re-plumbing. We would recommend Al and his team without any hesitation. From the very beginning and all the way to completion, we felt very lucky and fortunate to hire them. We found them to be very hardworking, conscientious and professional. The job was a difficult and complex one, but the team still completed within time and within budget. Al's advice made the whole process easier and we found him to be very trustworthy and honest. Very nice and polite guy. He did his job as promised. The price was fixed and job was done neatly. He tidied away all the rubbish and out back everything in order which I was very pleased with. The communication was great and everything went very well. We enjoy our garden more than before now.

We've been seriously impressed with Pawel and his team. They opened up our rear dining room/kitchen wall using an RSJ, following our engineer's drawings perfectly. They also did a few bits of plumbing and bricked up one of the windows at the rear, which is where the new kitchen will be fitted. They were incredibly tidy and really pleasant and courteous to be around, which my wife was so grateful for given we live in a busy family house (most builders are not like this...), I can't thank them enough! We will definitely be using them again in the not-so-distant future!

Victor (Vica) laid some engineered oak wood flooring for us in a house that we bought at the end of 2013. The house needed lots of work doing and the new flooring was just one of the many jobs undertaken by Victor and carried out to a very high standard for us. He always paid attention to detail, ensured that the flooring was level and that the new skirting board fitted flush to the floorboards. He was also always able to provide a solution to any problems encountered during the renovation works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victor as he takes the same pride in his work for others as if he was carrying out work in his own home.

Steve and his team were excellent throughout. Turned up on time every day, very reliable. Excellent attention to detail and great pride in their work. All areas of building work undertaken to a very professional standard. We had new bathroom fitted, new fence and handmade shed, lean-to rebuilt from scratch with new roof, patio doors, new flooring, plastering, outside patio. Very happy with the work. On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.
