My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with LNB Building solutions LTD. Builder/Owner Lokesh was amazing and went out of his way to assist us through the building process. Before deciding on LNB we met many builders and took quotes from 8-10. Lokesh gave us a reasonable quote which was within our budget. The primary reason for us to go with Lokesh, was his passion and the guidance he gave us during our initial conversations. Also working on a project like this, we need to be able to build a good working relationship with the builder and we felt it could be done with Lokesh and I am glad to tell we were right! One of the best things about Lokesh is he is a very trustworthy and transparent person. He tries to save you money wherever he can i.e cost in terms of second fixtures that we were supposed to buy. He advises on the best places to buy stuff and tries to pass on maximum discount via his trade account. Also would like to take this opportunity to give a big THANK YOU to everyone involved in the project especially to the core team which included Jodha, Gagan, Naveen and Luv Singh, who were part of project through out from Day 1 until last day. The project was delivered within the agreed timelines. All our family and friends who have seen the house cannot believe what we have achieved. Thank you to Lokesh and his team for building us our dream home!!

Paul was approachable, reliable and trustworthy. Arrived early each day and communicated well (by text) about his progress. Paul was careful to ask questions and to make sure we got the finished porch we wanted . Worked well with the other carpenters completing the floor who were working in the house at the same time. I would use this firm again.

Chris completed the works at my house in June 2024, the works included: - removal of internal walls to make open plan downstairs - new kitchen - new WC - flooring - decorating - plumbing - electrics - bespoke joinery He was great to work this and completed the project to a very high standard. He attended site every day over a 4 week period and was committed to complete the job on time. I would recommend Chris and his team to others. Chris was even kind enough to install blinds, a media wall and build a wardrobe at no extra cost. Cheers!

Bogdan himself is extremely knowledgable and his years of experience in industry is clear to see, which makes choosing him great value for money. Before and during the project he offered solutions that we hadn't considered and the would in fact save us money and be of benefit to us in the future. His team is punctual, reliable, diligent, speedy and clean! They take pride in their work which has led to a highly satisfactory work in the final build. Bogdan also has great connections to third parties (e.g. to flooring and curtains/blinds providers) which is very valuable, especially when trying to coordinate different aspects and timings of a full house redecoration. His quotes and payment structures are fair, clear and concise which is also very helpful. His communication is excellent too. All in all, Bogdan's great work took away a huge amount of stress during these projects. I would highly recommend Bogdan and his team for any prospective works someone is considering.

Carpenter showed-up on time both days and finished the work ahead of schedule. Nice people and dedicated carpenters. Before living, they cleaned-up all the area and left everything tidy. I would recommend Toptan Tota and would hire them again.

What can I say about Steve and his team. Being an ex builder and coming off a not so great experience of a loft extension was cautious in who we chose for our Kitchen extension. I chose SK Builders and their approach to our job was first class and we always had a say in how the job progressed. We had complete trust in Steve and he paid us back in spades. They worked bloody hard in the heat of last summer, always here and slogged their guts out. The work was to an excellent standard and everything was completed, ordered on time. Steve worked around our issues and helped us enormously when it came to the knock through and setting up the kitchen area for us. His team of electricians, carpenters, Paul the plumber and Simon the plasterer were first rate. And all lovely guys. Our job was outstanding and Steve and his team were thoughtful and respectful to our needs. Would easily recommend and have recommended Steve to many people asking who we used. Honestly we could not be happier with the job, which had no major issues at all. It flowed like clockwork. All and all SK Builders should be considered if you are thinking of taking this kind of project, you will not be disappointed with the results.

Joe was professional and responsive for my posted job to do fencing and wood trim repairs. He was able to provide a quote quickly and did the work in quick fashion. I wasn't quite sure what was feasible, but Joe was able to provide good guidance on what could be done for the repairs. The quality of the workmanship seems to be high, and I am pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend Joe for this type of work.

Ryan is absolutely fantastic. Whilst new to mybuilder, it doesn't mean he's new to the world of carpentry. His work ethic is second to none and quality of work meticulous! We absolutely love our new flooring and it's been put down so incredibly well. He was also able to advise us on lots of different future jobs and offer quotes for these too. All very reasonable considering the quality this guy's works to. Hands down worth that little bit more to employ Ryan, you won't be disappointed one bit!

We had a large piece of work done by Johan and his team. It was a 4m single storey rear extension with new kitchen installation, converting the old kitchen into a downstairs bathroom and utility room, plus other bits and bobs like new boiler, rear patio. We got quotes from a few builders, Home Renovations weren't the cheapest, they were actually towards the higher end. But we went and saw their previous work and spoke to some of their other clients. The work was done to a high quality and the clients seemed to be happy so we decided to go with them. Johan's team are very hard working, professional and polite. Pawel and his team of builders, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, etc. would turn up before 8am and finish at 6pm working solidly throughout the day. There is Magda as the project manager who keeps you in the loop, and answers any of your questions (which we had many). There is Michaela on the finance side who keeps you up to date with the budget. Our budget went over by 5% with "variations" (extra work or materials) but it was always communicated why and the work wasn't done without our approval. Pawel would give his recommendations but the final word would always be ours. But these things can add up. Overall we were very happy with the build, it was done to a very high standard. They also finished it before time. They said it would take 12 weeks in fact they finished it in 10 weeks which was amazing as you would normally expect these things to go over.
