Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

1000 stars!!! I have never, ever, seen a team work as professionally, quickly and expertly as what these guys did. They laid a whole 6x3 decking in 2 days. They worked non stop and went well above and beyond expected. Will never use anyone else for any work ever again. So glad I found Indrit!

I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Highly recommended.

Adrian and his team were reliable, punctual and detailed with their work. Finish was great. Touched up the paint in surrounding walls due to dust and marks from the ceiling. slightly pricier than other quotes we received but we felt at ease with Adrian so went ahead.

Matt and his team recently completed a fantastic job on our kitchen/extension and bathroom refurb. All of his team were great to work with and have on site, which really helped in what was at times quite a stressful space to remain living in. They always left the space as clean and tidy as possible which was appreciated. Matt specifically, was really flexible with us as we had delays in getting permissions and also were a little unclear on exactly what finish etc we wanted on things. He gave us genuine advice on everything from underfloor heating to the skylights and doors. We are so pleased with the finish of everything from the tiling and paving to the bathroom. Can't recommend Firtree enough, if we look to do the loft we will be straight back in touch. Many thanks to all, but special thanks to Matt, Sean, Dan and Joe who held it all together.

There was no issue that they weren’t able to help me through when it came to a complete renovation, extension and garden landscaping of my house. Cannot fault the work Tony undertook. Completed on time, finished to a very high standard, kept informed (we were away on holiday whilst work was being done). So pleased with the result, my daughter's room is what was the kitchen and looks beautiful. New kitchen fitted with new floor tiles and looks fantastic, boiler was moved etc. Can't recommend Tony enough and I will definitely use Marsdens again.

Orgert Myrta and his highly skilled team did an exceptional job renovating our Victorian terrace house in under 8 weeks. On meeting Orgert, his warm, friendly and professional manner was reassuring. I immediately thought he was someone I could work with. His initial assessment of our house, he advised on best possible solutions to achieve our aims within budget. He invited me to visit the homes of his recent previous clients & obtain their feedback, which I did. Visiting two clients, they both spoke highly of Orgert & his team, sharing their positive experience and how Orgert has since completed work on their neighbours homes & family members homes too. Judging by the quality of work completed in both client's properties, I knew Orgert was the right builder for me. Responsive & prompt throughout, good communication, providing weekly status updates, even advising on where to source great deals on second fitting items saving us money. To say we are pleased with how well the project has gone & level of workmanship is an understatement! Without hesitation we highly recommend Orgert & his team, who since finishing our house are now doing work on my relatives house.
