Kel and his team worked on my single storey extension with bifold doors and glass roof. He also did some landscaping in my garden, replacing the fencing and installing a raised patio with cedar battens to the side. Overall I was very pleased with the work Kel did. He is a good communicator and frequently visited the site to keep on top of the work. Kel was happy to discuss requests and was flexible with design changes. The bulk of the work was completed on time with just some minor snags remaining, but the finish is excellent. It's been a long and stressful journey, but it's been easier with the friendly support and professional approach Kel has taken to his job. I'd be happy to recommend Craft of London and provide a reference on request.

He’s one of those rare builders who combines professionalism with real care for the details. He worked efficiently, kept the place tidy throughout the project, and always cleaned up after himself — which honestly made such a difference when living through a renovation. Giani and his colleague repaired our wall beautifully for a reasonable price. He talked us through the issues that caused the wall to fail and explained what needed doing. He started the job the next morning arriving promptly and then went about the job with care and pride. Very disappointing experience with Ramon. Ramon came to view the property before we agreed on the scope and price of the exterior painting job. We had detailed discussions in person and over the phone and agreed on everything including price and scope. Despite that, after starting the job, he changed his mind about the agreed price and asked for more money — something he never flagged during the site visit. He painted part of the exterior and then left the job half done without any communication for two full days. There was no explanation or notice — I was left completely in the dark. It was promised that he would come back the next day as he needed some extra tools but after multiple messages being ignored and calls being ignored it was clear we were left in vulnerable position with a half painted house without any communication. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliability make it impossible for me to recommend him. I have CCTV evidence of our conversations.

We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. We would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly to anyone considering similar work.

Having had bad experiences in the past with other builders, this time we tried to do our homework properly before hiring someone. We couldn't have chosen a more competent and professional builder! We obviously asked around and had many quotes (some ridiculously expensive, others didn't even seem to understand what we wanted to do) but Sorin immediately impressed me with his detailed and fair quote, knowledge and lots of suggestions (he's the kind of guy that immediately gives you the impression that he knows what he's talking about). We encountered some issues during the works (which is to be expected if you didn't build the place yourself) but Sorin and his team did an amazing job and always gave us regular updates. End result? Work completed on time and a new construction that is exactly what we asked for (plus other things here and there that he kindly sorted while he was on site!)
