There seems to have been a communication issue with these builders. The job seems fine, but took much less time than they said and seems half finished to me. I expressed this concern and asked for a breakdown of costs (receipts of materials, hourly rate, etc). They would not supply any of these. I feel the cost was much more than it should have been considering how little time it took. I will not use them again and do not recommend them.

Mario was an absolute gem from start to finish. After a leak left our only bathroom out of action Mario came in and managed the full project to perfection (and also had a great tiler and electrician who did some other works). Six months on and I cannot fault any of the works. Highly recommended.

New extension, kitchen, shower room, flooring, fiber glass roof, roof light, new electrics, plumbing, boiler installation, removal of chimney, rear patio, soakaway, painting and decorating Satnam has exceeded our expectations in carrying out the complete job to our satisfaction within the agreed time to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with his work. Satnam helped us select good quality products from suppliers for much less cost than if we were to source them ourselves. Akash made sure the job was complete exactly how he said it would be, he provided reliability during the installation of our kitchen and answered all questions very professionally. The builders were well aware of the conversations my mother and I had with Akash and so put our mind at ease. The installation itself was very quick (the tear down was very much completed in a few hours) and installed over the weekend. They were very hygiene aware and set up a cover between the kitchen and the rest of our house and didn’t disrupt our home living. They cleaned up before they were gone to very high standards without us even asking them too, all I’m sure is due to Akash’s excellent organisation skills.

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

A really excellent set up of builders. Peter was great in evaluating the work and what we needed done. Sue was clear in her communication on costs, and then execution of the works by Taras and his team was superb. The extension was built in fantastic time-frame, and the end result is great. The work-ethic of the builders is what really makes them so good. They are on-time every day, and relentless with working hard each day.

Quotes were provided and the job was agreed upon. The project involved a full house restructuring and extension build. However, after several stages of work, communication with Jas was lost, and his co-worker took the lead on site. Several issues arose, such as recommending smart plumbing equipment for purchase, but their plumbers were unable to install it. The tiling, skirtings, and tiles were not completed. Tiles around the columns were cracked. After Jas's team abandoned the project, another plumber had to install all the remaining items. The job was left unfinished, and we had to find alternative contractors to complete it. Significant time and money were wasted due to persistent communication problems, failure to issue invoices, and numerous other issues. Eventually, Jas and his main labourer stopped responding and disappeared, ignoring phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Be aware of these potential issues.

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

We are beyond shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour. Initially, he acted professional and trustworthy, but he turned out to be exactly the opposite. On the 8th of July, he promised "3-5 working days" instead he pulled us along for two months of unbearable stress and waste of time because he kept on taking other jobs instead of doing ours. He wasted all of July as we had to meet him four times to finalize the design that he kept on rejecting until we agreed on the easiest option for him. He dragged out removing tiles and levelling 10 steps all of August, working 6 hours in total and leaving a job that is so appalling that it needs to be completely redone. He postponed the tiles' order for a month despite assuring us all August that he had done it in July; after numerous complaints, he sent the tiles' invoice, dated 31st of August. He gave us dozens of appointments but never came nor had the decency to cancel, despite dozens of calls, emails and texts, causing significant disruptions and loss to our life and work commitments. We asked him to reimburse the cost of the tiles and materials he didn't provide and for the work he didn't do, but he ignored our emails. We have removed him from the job and are reporting him to the relevant authorities.
