The old porch was demolished with waste disposal as agreed and new porch built with flooring, window and door meeting expectations. Claine has been clear, helpful, knowledgeable and communicative and gave good advice. He had all the tools and equipment and delivered as discussed. Happy to have hired Claine and his company. Now awaiting his return to jet wash the red plaster remnants off my front garden as he gave his word on. I’d recommend him and his work to others.

I had installpro put an extension on my kitchen by knocking a lean-to and extending into that space, also completed insulation and roofing on the new extension and existing roof, this involved building new external walls, damp course membranes, plastering, new cast iron radiators were plumbed in, new electrical circuits and sockets, tiling, skirting, painting, new sash window fitted, new guttering and fascia and even a fitted kitchen bench was made from scaffold boards, which came out really nice. Marek was very professional and everything was done in a timely manner, no waiting around once things were agreed on. Always early every morning and working full days, even one of his team worked a Saturday to stay on the timeline. The quality of the work was very good, I was impressed with the roofing, proper insulation was used throughout, at the side of the roof behind the fascia too and new lead flashing was finished properly. The team that worked here were very clean, always using proper dust sheets and cleaning up at the end of each day. At the end of the job, final touch ups were made after consultation, to make sure I was happy with everything and then Marek saw that a proper cleanup happened and everything was completed on time and on budget as outlined at the beginning. I can recommend Installpro, and I will use them again for future work on my property.

Extremely pleased with the job Remi did. At the quoting stage he was upfront about costs we might not have considered, but still ended up being very competitive on price. During the job, he communicated clearly when he came up against issues; his fitting was to a high standard; he was on time and worked as long as he needed to each day to finish the job. His after-care was also good, as he returned to fix a related issue that arose during the work without quibbling; he also came back to complete fitting an item whose delivery had been delayed. Overall, I'd definitely hire him again.

John was approachable, reachable, friendly, and kept in communication throughout. Quality of work by employees was excellent. John’s good management skills saw the project run smoothly, though he does not do any of the work himself as he had stated. Due to adverse weather and other projects on the go there were delays in finishing. The porch is not done at all to my spec. I do not like square designs! We emphasised at our many meetings / discussions via email, WhatsApp etc of what we expected the end design to be. We was told at the beginning the porch design would be no problem. A photo of what we wanted to be done was shown. Throughout the project we was constantly being told certain things couldn’t be done due to this and that. We are not happy at all with the end result design! We have since been told that our design could have been done. I am guessing it was easier and quicker to it that way. It’s like you go in to the shop to buy a red jumper but no matter how persistent you are about what you want you end up walking out with a white one. I would recommend John’s company because of the workers quality of work. But be persistent, keep to what you want and don’t accept anything less. My recommendations for John is to have available to clients online/print catalogues of previous work, materials such as choices of bricks, windows, doors, roof & floor tiles etc and not to put onto his clients leftovers and expect them to accept it. Be upfront if a job spec can not be done.

The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

Hammer de silva provided a garage conversion quote and literally contacted every day saying he needed the job. After getting the job , I told him we need to go through building control to make sure everything is done in properly. There was about 2- 3 week delay because of building control . This guy keep taking multiple jobs and it’s more than one year and he’s still not finished with the job. He’s only done half of the job and keep coming up with excuses, he told us his wife being severely ill, his daughter being pregnant and needed help with delivery, other financial problems and endless excuses. In between he increased the price of job and took more money from us. He takes money spends it and doesn’t come back to work saying he doesn’t have money and need to find another job as well. Because of his careless work, I couldn’t use my utility room, decking area properly for over a year now costing so much stress and grief, might have to seek legal action if not finished in 2,3 weeks
