AMAZING CONTRACTORS ! Mali Constructions did an absolutely amazing job. They were professional and vey friendly. The works took 3 weeks and Mali ensured the works were carried out with high expertise. Such a smooth and great service and worthy every penny. The pricing was reasonable and within my budget and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The project was completed to a great standard and we are very happy with our new space and would absolutely recommend Mali Construction to anyone looking to complete work. If you are looking for a contractor with great communication, great workmanship and priced correctly, I would definitely use Mali Construction Ltd. Mali would provide regular updates, discussions and even worked with my many changes to the plans during the process with no issues. I hired peter of quality first for a single story rear extension and total house refurb in a investment property. After much discussion and advice from peter regarding the costs and Added value, I decided to just do a house refurb, and I can truly say that peter’s input was sound and saved me a lot of time and money. I was able to leave peter and his guys to get on with the job and was extremely happy with the end result. I was kept up to date with progress on a daily Basis and Peter managed to keep close to budget by sourcing materials and appliances from his various reliable sources, sometimes travelling great distance in order to do so. I was so happy with the results that I have used Peter and his team for a much bigger project which is close to completion (on schedule) and will continue to use and recommend peter in the future.

Gelu is hard working and dependent guy, will not fuss about the job like many do, but will crack on with it. Stayed late to finish it at many times. I am quite happy with the finish and work. shower fit, washbasin, toilet, tiling all done to my satisfaction. After seeing the work I asked him to do more like kitchen cabinets and skirtings.

We have always found it a problem trying to match the correct tradesman to any work we have needed doing, so much so that many jobs have been left undone. You either end up with a personality clash, or just plain bad workmanship, well not this time. The entire process was a joy from start to finish, from the initial quoting process, to the completion and the standard of work was exemplary. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and they were very pleasant to have around. We are busy drawing up a fresh list of jobs we need doing and would certainly thoroughly recommend them. If you have had any bad experiences in the past, give them a try, you will be very satisfied.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 12 Nov 2020
Truebuild recently completed the design and build of a full garden and rear of house renovation, including but not limited to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and frameless sliding door installation. The final finish is nothing short or perfect and has far exceeded all expectations. I thought it would be tricky to find a builder for a project that involved such considerable landscaping, roofing, tiling, plumbing, electrics and decoration as well as a number of bespoke requests (built in pizza oven, sedum roof, beer pump, polished plaster wall, countersunk BBQ and backlit cladded exterior walls to name a few). Louis however managed to co-ordinate these works effortlessly and personally took responsibility for all elements of work. He ensured all elements were completed to his high standards and the attention to detail and final finish of all work is exceptional. Louis and all the truebuild team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We now have a garden that we can use to entertain all year round for years to come. I have already and will continue to recommend truebuild to friends, family and anyone who asks. We have a builder we know and trust for all future plans we have. Thank you Truebuild

During the quote nothing was too difficult and Iustin had some great ideas. 'You tell me what you want and we'll do it.' Great. Day one they caused a leak into the kitchen. Halfway through day two we ordered work to stop because it was still leaking. It took several calls to Iustin to resolve. The leak caused the extractor fan in the kitchen to drop. They fixed at the end but the lights on it don't work consistently. Attention to detail was zero. Floor not sealed behind cupboard, wobbly plaster, streaks of white paint on blue (and vice versa), chipped paint, and tiles not evenly placed, with roughly cut edges. New flooring laid before finishing the walls, dropping sealant, dust and paint on it. Many things had to be redone or changed - but they generally did redo when asked. A window they put in is lower than agreed and the pebbledash doesn't match. They installed the vanity unit on the wrong wall. No dust sheets were put down over kitchen surfaces when drilling through concrete, covering everything in a thick layer of dust. The project was contracted to finish by 4 September, but took until 15 September. Iustin did apologise for this on the last day. On the last day, Marin threatened us because we wanted to wait until the job was finished to send the final payment. At that point we'd paid £500 more in instalments than agreed. Receipts for materials contained items not used or not ours. They took away things that we'd paid for. Overall not a great experience.
