Not trust worthy, does not follow the contract, he pulled out in middle of my work in house three times. Never finished on time. Promised to come back and finish The fence and the toilet never come back despite numerous phone calls. I have leaking toilets in the wall big pigments of dampness on the wall paper on the wall adjacent to toilet. Promise to do the roof tiles then he said I cannot do it. Fitted the kitchen units wrong and did not connect the sink overflow pipe to the macerate ( leaking water under sink. Flooring tiles not even still have prominent corners . Front driveway is cracked as he promised to dig and put concrete but last minute changed his mind and put only cement and new slaps. Water pipe outside house is leaking . The stairs carpet and the wooden stairs not painted rightly and the carpet is not fixed right it is out. I paid him all the money left only 150 pounds but never come back to paint fence, summer house finishing and loft ladder. Brought materials and his workers and brought bills never saw some of it. Taken some materials in his van and never discussed this issue. Work meant 6 weeks and now 8 months and still not finished. Do not hire him he and his workers are not up to standards. Will love one from builder. Com come and see the unfinished and damaged in my house.

I’m literally blown away by this team of guys. Professional from start to finish. Danny quoted promptly in the timeframe he promised after he viewed the project. He was clear about what he could deliver with the budget that I had and made suggestions using his knowledge that helped me achieve the dream garden room that I have always wanted. His team turned up at 8am sharp and work started at 8.01 every morning. It’s clear that Danny surrounds himself with professionals that he can trust to execute his promise and deliver the quality he expects, and that his clients pay for. Another plus is that he was extremely accommodating to some changes that I asked of him during the build which he also didn’t charge for. Nothing was an issue to this man and he clearly operates a “client first” attitude which was apparent also when he visited every second day to check progress and quality. Lastly which is also something that I didn’t expect is that he had the extra materials that were not used collected and credited to the final bill. If I had more time I could go on all evening but my final words are. Look no further. With Danny you have found an honest professional business man that takes pride in his work and I am happy that I found him and his team. Good luck with your project.
