COWBOYS! Absolute Nightmare! Marius left the job incomplete, after repeatedly demanding more money before completion! Not to be trusted! Workmanship wasn't as good as he would lead you to believe, I have pics & videos of: Cigarette butts in mortar. Bricklaying in the rain, not water-tight roof/felt work, drainage, unsafe electrical work which needs to be redone. Left my neighbour side of roof damaged + with a hole now for a month. Damaged door/table/gate. Of course, he denies any wrongdoing Please be very careful if you have to use this fraud. Get a FULLY detailed itemised quote! Draw up your own contract - do not use his. Do NOT ever pay CASH. Produce a schedule of works - pay him ONLY when the specific task is 100% complete - leaves lots of work unfinished but then lies claiming its complete at interim payments. Get a FIXED price for every aspect of work - do not have "TBC" or ambiguous costs - if he can charge more - he will. Do NOT use his electrician, cringeworthy attempt to "price up" a simple job and damaged roof. Buy ALL Materials yourself OR require receipts for anything he buys. Request ALL Invoices. Ensure he follows specs - offered me £250 off total job cost, if I used a inferior type of rooflight to the one required in spec. Ensure he doesn't keep rubbish on site, Hire a skip. Keep all communication on record, email, text, even voice record him as he is a pathological liar. Very dishonest, delusional and frankly embarrassing.

Decent builders but with extremely poor communication skills. First the good points: 1. They are good at internal finishes 2. They create and use a Statement of Work (SOW) to track all costs of the project, so there were no major surprises in the project 3. They are friendly and hard workers - who arrive on time Gotbath UK Ltd used subcontractors to build us a 6 meter rear extension. Although they had an in-house architect, they did not know the law around boundaries which resulted in a conflict with our neighbours. After spending hundreds on hiring a boundary surveyor, the initial wall had to be re-built within our boundary. Gotbath did not take any responsibility for the wrong information they provided to us regarding boundaries and charged us for the rebuild. When discussing how to finish the inside of the extension, GotBath were extremely slow in ordering supplies and in general responding to us, so we took matters into our own hands and ordered materials ourselves which were removed from the SOW provided to us. At the end of the project, finishes took a long time and required constant chasing. Final gas, electrical and warranty documents took a long time to reach us and required a lot of chasing too. I have very little confidence that GotBath will honour the warranty document they have provided to us. It's a shame because I can see GotBath have a lot of potential as a builder. However, their lack of communication has really let them down.

Completed Side extension and 6m rear extension last Oct. Overall happy with the work. Digging, foundation, Bricks, structure, insulation, Roofing, Tiles, plumbing, flooring, painting, etc were done to good standard. Some of the minor corrections, changes or fixes needed near completion were done accordingly. Quote was in midrange and reasonable compared to compared to some others I received. Raman is very easy to work with and clear in his communication. Never had any issues all through construction through to finalising stages. Would recommend Raman to others.

I gave this person the plumbing work for my house extension and renovation for the existing of the house, at first this person was polite and well behaved, after he was given the first instalment, his intentions became clear. The contract, which was signed by both of us, was ignored. it was allegedly written by his 17 years old son, who left them and that the man is not responsible for the contract. Whilst the man and his brother were doing the plumbing a few things which were lying around the house had gone missing, as well as the fact that he had just spontaneously disappeared for two-three weeks at a time on multiple occasions. In each occasion he had brought up excuses such as his wife had a heart attack or he had been to Poland for a bereavement. Towards the end his attitude had changed as he became more aggressive. He had persuaded me to give the last installment and promised to be devoted to the task at hand. As soon as I entrusted him with my hard-earned lump sum from my pension he took his tools and left, resulting in me having to find other tradesmen to do the remainder of the work. In his profile he advertised that he has a diploma and many other qualifications in plumbing, I have my doubts as he could not hold a basic conversation in English. This made me suspect whether he really did receive these “qualifications”. His work had many faults within it which forced me to turn to another plumber.

These guys are superb. Came to look at the job, quote & arrange a start date. Friendly and polite at all times. Knowledgeable about best techniques to use. Arrived early, worked till late to get the job done in good time and to great standard. Kept to their quoted price. Highly recommend
