Overall an excellent build. Although this was a straight forward build, foundations, concrete floor, single skin blockwork walls, pitched roof with corrugated bitumen sheeting roof, key to the build was the flatness and levelness of the concrete floor and neatness of the blockwork and pointing on the inside as it was not to be rendered on the inside. My initial concerns of using a Contractor I had no previous direct experience were gradually alleviated as the build progressed. James, Greg and their team were good workers and skilled at their trade, particularly Dan and Harvey. My real concerns over the ability to delivery the quality floor were dispelled when seeing the team at work, Greg takes the lead for groundworks and blockwork and did an excellent job. The quality of the blockwork has attracted many positive comments from passing neighbours, as has the finished roof, soffits, facias and bargeboards. The use of AGR for the demolition and groundworks and GMC for the high spec. concrete can be highly recommended. The use of 'Ozzy' (Paul Evans) for the small fibreglass flat roof can also be recommended. Early on in the build I had some concerns about material shortages on site meaning that precious hours of good weather were being lost but a sharing of these concerns resolved the issue. JH were open to consider changes and extras on the build for which I was grateful. Communications with the client is key and there were a few times when I had to chase for info. Very happy.

Absolutely fantastic, I really wish that I had found Zac & Aron sooner.
