I am delighted with my dining room extension. Lance Marshall promised me that he would finish on time and on budget - and he did. He and his son and one other helper worked like Trojans, with only the odd cup of tea/coffee to sustain them. I would unreservedly recommend them.

Amazing !!!!! From start to finish !!! Clear communist at all times , approachable , friendly .. treats you like a client not just a job . Pricing was sensible . Attention to detail was second to none . Finish was just amazing . Was so impressed have already recommended to my clients and a job has been acquired .. Our experience with sonny was great. He was very professional including giving a detailed broken down quote and was always quick to communicate. Once the job started he was on time everyday, he tidied up after himself and he got the job done to a high standard. As the build happened he was flexible with changing things that we wanted to change and to help with solutions when things needed to be done differently. He was always very friendly and happy to answer questions and pick up items we needed for the build. I would definitely recommend Sonny and I would use him again in the future.

WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN. WE HAVE PAID OUT OVER £3,500 TRYING TO RECTIFY THE MESS GLEN LEFT AND IT'S STILL NOT SORTED. HE'S AVOIDED ALL CONTACT AND BLOCKED OUR NUMBERS SO WE HAVE NO WAY OF CONTRACTING HIM. The build overran, but this was mostly due to Glen's hugely unreliable labourers who turned up sporadically. The carpentry workmanship was awful but our main complaint is the horrendous and ongoing issues we have had with our roof. Towards the end of the project there were several leaks in the roof which Glen 'rectified' at the time. We had to repair and repaint the ceilings that were damaged though. Since Glen left site, we have had other leaks from the roof, including the ones that Glen had supposedly fixed. At our own expense (because Glenn would not reply to our messages) we contracted a roofer to diagnose and repair. The builder was astounded to see what a mess the roof was and that the supposed repairs were just silicone to patch over poor workmanship. We have to date spent £3,500 trying to locate all the leaks in our roof and get them repaired and as soon as one problem is resolved another springs up! We are currently living with a giant hole in our kitchen ceiling (leaving us cold) until all the issues are resolved. We have had so many sleepless nights when it's been raining - please do yourself a favour and avoid. We have no idea where the spiralling costs will end and Glen has washed his hands of us and the mess he has created.

Dan took on our job when our initial builders went bust and left us in the lurch. It was a major project for a listed building including conversion of a warehouse into a new kitchen/ play room with oak frame, bifolds, and new roof with reclaimed tiles, new gym with mezzanine and new patio and driveway. Dan's team were easy to work with and flexible in their approach to meet our requirements. Dan was always available to discuss and resolve any issues, and was fair in terms of pricing. We are very pleased with the end result and would recommend Dan to others.
