Kujtim, working with his glazers, created a bespoke porch with a glass roof just as we asked. We were impressed with the finish of the internal plastering and Kujtim was able to come to our rescue one evening when we became locked outside the newly installed porch door. Although the project took longer than was anticipated we are happy with the quality of the finished product.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Petre and his colleague arrived promptly and worked very fast and efficiently. They fitted a new plasterboard ceiling and plastered the whole kitchen in one day. They were polite and tidy. Their work is to a very high standard and I will definitely be using them again.

AVOID. Ernie incorrectly installed my drains under my house which has caused awful smells and sewage to leak under my house causing long term damage to my foundations Three professional drainage company’s have put a camera to see a Dropped pipe from new to old house. They have identified a connection that was never appropriate. Unfortunately, Ernie after being given many opportunities does not accept any responsibility. He is not an expert at all trades so be careful. I’ve asked him to help put right by exposing the floor which has Underfloor Heating. This has now cost me tens of £000s. My fault for not using a professional team at the beginning of my project.

Building a 2 storey rear extension and hired Jamal to do the Block work. Initial ground storey heavy Hollow block walls for the 3 x 3m extension completed in only 3.5 days by Jamal himself with no extra help. Hardworking young guy. I was nearly bedbound with sciatica and in great pain and he immediately offered to source and buy on my behalf extra blocks required to relieve further stress on me. Very helpful, reasonable and understanding. Explained anything I asked him diligently. Knows his job and I will be calling him back when I have the money to complete the block work for the 2nd storey.

Andy and his team did a fantastic job. Our neighbours were very uncooperative and restricted noisy working hours quite severely but Andy was very accomodating. He is very easy to talk to and happy to discuss ideas you may have concerning the build. I would definately reccommend him. We are delighted by the extension and will definately use Andy again in the future. Thanks!
