Firstly I would like to thank Scott and his team for their hard word completing our Porch build on schedule despite the cold and very wet weather throughout January. Scott is excellent at his job ( ground works and bricklaying ) and knows when he needs to bring in other trades to complete the project. Always on site when he said as with the other trades he booked. He kept me up to date throughout the build. We are very pleased with our new Porch and impressed with S.K Building Services work ethic and would highly recommend given them a chance to quote your building project. I will definitely use them again for any future projects at home or garden . Once again thanks Scott and team from a very happy customer - IAN & GINI -

Kevin from K7 renovations has done 2 jobs for me in the last few years, the first being an annex in my garden, the second was a full extension with high vaulted ceilings. Both jobs ran smoothly from the time I handed him my architects drawings. The things that stood out for me were Kevin's knowledge and understanding of what I required, the timekeeping of everyone on site and last but not least the site was left tidy at the end of every day. I would highly recommend K7 to anyone. I would be happy to share photos of these projects with anyone.

Savage Bros built me a single storey extension on the back of house with pitched roof, four velux windows in a vaulted ceiling, they fitted a new cream gloss kitchen with black granite worktops and turned my old kitchen into a new dining room. Richard also installed a new bathroom suite and downstairs toilet and finished by tiling and painting the rooms. Richard takes great pride in his work and he has great attention to detail, I cannot fault anything. He comes in early and works solidly all day, cleaning up at the end of each day. A true professional in all aspects of the job. We would recommend him, he is a lovely genuine man.

Had wood delivered. Did not turn up to start the job. I tried calling and it sounded like he was asleep. Would not take any further calls. I asked for wood to be collected as he is unreliable but it is still here.

Prem came a couple of hours after posting my request for help. He very quickly identified the problem. He came the next day as promised and replaced several gully tiles and a part of the lead flashing round the chimney. I am disappointed that I did not put a review on the website at the time. Our experience with Steve and the team was excellent from start to finish. Keen to do the job and always full of good ideas and suggestions. Complete focus on our work outside of when sub-contractors needed the space and always explained. Pride in job and site excellent with cleaning undertaken daily as far as possible. Came in on time and in budget too. Would thoroughly recommend and know of a close neighbour who was delighted with our recommendation. Sub-contractors used good too particularly the plasterers.

Disappointingly all the door linings were fit incorrectly and as a result, no door handles and locks are flush. Didn’t come back to rectify mistakes around the house and stopped responding to messages.

Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending BCB Building Services who came recommended to me prior to this work by word of mouth. I needed to carry out modest renovation and remediation works on a newly purchased period property requiring many trades; general builder, scaffolder, plumber, plasterer, roofer, landscaper and damp specialist, etc. Brad and BCB team promptly provided a quote and, essential for me, agreed to source and project manage the diverse trades required to complete the work. They are busy but worth the patience and short wait necessary to get the work done by them. The workforce were professional, tidy, courteous and organised minimising disruption during the works and leaving the house clean and undamaged in their wake. The works were delivered per schedule and to a high standard and whilst not the cheapest, the pricing is fair and I believe the outcome represents tremendous value. Brad and the team remained pro-active beyond works completion and engaged actively in addressing the small amount of trivial snagging. They are now my go to for building works.
