Turned up to a ROOFING job at a TWO storey building as clearly stated on the job with NO access equipment, messaged and rang 3 times but no reply. Ended up in a huge complaint and very unhappy customers who in the end cancelled the job because of these cowboys. Don't take the work on if you don't have the capability!!!

Came and quoted promptly and gave a reasonable price. However he failed to turn up when he said he would, then said he needed to delay the job by 10 days, and then failed to turn up again, with no warning. Ignored my phone calls and then told me over text he could no longer do it. Very unprofessional.

Very disappointed,they are not answering my calls anymore.At the first time I was happy-the builders seems polite and professional .After they left I realised that the work wasn't done properly i noticed bumps all over the floor,making look terrible.when.They had to comeback and finish the job that I already paid them for the silicone around the edges.when they returned they just completed the half the work and they told me they will finish the kitchen after.When I pointed out the bumps everywhere they claimed because they had walked on it.But after checking the bumps are everywhere on the floor and the issue was uneven subfloor.They had told me they were trying to flatten the surface before installing the floor and they just added more glue instead of properly levelling it,as professionals they should have fixed this before laying the LVT. Now I’am left with a poorly finished floor.Very disappointed,frustrated.Would not recommend unless they fix their work .

poorly joined on the right, big white gap probably sealant or white glue. also chipped. I don't know what you used to cut it. looks badly scratched on the left of the sink, in front of the cover. Very disappointing. Your photos don't show all these. The photos my tenants send shows a different picture. DO NOT HIRE RENNATO. Rennato is the worst builder I've hired for work in my whole life. I have never been insulted and threatened by someone's demeanour before. He appeared to be intoxicated every time he came for work and one day when we discussed his payment and prices had been agreed on and settled, he went home and started calling/sending me abusive messages telling me that he will trespass into my house and dump rubbish into it. I have picture evidence of his messages. Save yourself the stress and hire someone else instead.

I hired IAS GROUP in May 2024 and gave them a clear budget to work within. Paul acknowledged it was tight but assured me the job could be done. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Instead of communicating properly about any budget issues, they went ahead and made a complete mess of the house, forcing me to redo the entire place. Whenever I asked for an update, Paul constantly made excuses, saying he was at a wedding, out with family, or otherwise unavailable. He rarely answered my calls, making it extremely difficult to get any clarity on the progress. Despite the work not being fully complete, he still demanded full payment and even threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay. To top it off, he was eager to hand the keys back without giving me a chance to properly inspect the job. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend IAS GROUP based on my experience.

Disastrous. Callum owner of the company brought 2 different tilers in 2 different days for 2 days of work. The new tiler did not follow the previous tiler layout, slope & gap. When I noticed the issues on the level, slope & gap between the tiles as agreed, I tried to communicate with the tiler, he started behaving rude & started blaming his previous tiler and his boss. Callum took out all the tiles and told me he will fix on next Monday leaving my front yard un-accessible, he supposed to finish the work by Saturday 1pm. Now I am using backyard as I can’t go and come from front door. Later in the phone he mentioned if I can use some other tiler of my contact on the base he created and pay him the difference of initial quotes & the money the new tiler of my contact is going to ask. The tiles they have already cut, I am not sure if they are in use. They are very expensive porcelain tiles. I am left in this situation not sure what to do further. And I do not have budget to buy new tiles.

He arranged to come and do the job at an agreed time on an agreed date, but failed to turn up and did not answer my phone call. I have left it a while in case he contacted me to explain, I did not want to leave a negative comment if there was an eplanation, but no further contact.
