Baths toilet were removed completely replaced with a shower unit toilet and sink lid re- tiled and floor covered with wood to make it level. They also changed a sink and toilet plus re-tiled a spare bathroom. The work is perfect and top quality.

Great work done on the schedule provided. Done as desired, oak mini railway sleepers and new lawn laid. Everything was left very clean after wall digging and topsoil moved. Quote was sent on same day and was very detailed and communication was really good! 5*s

I was extremely pleased with the construction work which Gary carried out on my property building a large single story back and side extension and taking out the internal walls to create an open plan living space. Gary and his team were on time every morning and finished a week ahead of schedule. Gary is professional, producing a high standard of work, always offering advice if needed and we felt in safe hands whilst he was working for us. I have since hired Gary to build our new patio area for us which he starts on Monday.

I hired Christopher initially for digger driver, He has been absolutely superb and have now moved him into other parts of the project. Very reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. This is my 2nd time hiring Bill for kitchen upgrade. Perfect from start to finish. Bill showed up on time every day, and assisted by his plumber/electrian/plasterer, built my dream kitchen. He was so helpful and creative with tricky design problems and never once complained despite my occasional indecisiveness 😊. Excellent excellent builder. I can not recommend MAS Development Solutions highly enough. Initially I hired him to finish off some plastering work that another builder let me down on. In the end because of the flawless job he did, his fantastic attitude and great rates I invited him to do the refurb work on the whole house which included, plastering, tiling, bathroom fit, kitchen fit, wooden flooring, prepping a fireplace, rendering, removing a wall and fitting a new window. I'm happy to provide photos and more details for anyone that is interested. Matt went above and beyond what was asked of him, arriving early, working late, making helpful suggestions and picking items up for me. I'm so pleased to have a builder I can trust that does excellent work, with the right attitude at the right price.
