I could not praise Darek enough for his standard of work, punctuality, professionalism and respect. We hired him in Jan 2018 for the complete renovation of a 4 bedroom house, garden and front patio. Not only did he do each aspect of his job to a high standard, his knowledge and advice went a long way in helping to make repairs we had not identified but were much needed. He offers a very reasonable quote and clearly cares about his work. He has excellent time management, commitment, is reliable and trust worthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

Hi, Dan recently completed a loft conversion and ground floor extension for our house in Ealing. It is the second time I've used him for a loft conversion. We are delighted with the work, team, price and timing and I highly recommend him. Dan is entirely trustworthy, and the team are a mixture of his family, friends and choir group. Like all projects there were a few snags and without fail Dan was pragmatic, helpful and keen to make sure we were happy with the quality at the end. From start to finish, Bogdan and his team were exceptional. After dealing with a previous builder who caused numerous delays, I found SBG Services. Bogdan came by the same day to assess the job and impressed me with his extensive knowledge. Given my tight schedule, he got to work immediately. I’ve never seen a builder work as hard as his team; they labored tirelessly from morning to night to ensure the project was completed promptly without compromising quality. Every trade I've had since has commented on their attention to detail. In just three weeks, they completed two extensions and transformed my garden. I will definitely be calling Bogdan back to handle my front garden early next spring.

Marius has been doing a great job and put in an extra effort to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I can not recommend Marius highly enough, especially as he managed to fix an issue with the council that we had from someone else drawings. He was patient and very well prepared. Went an extra mile and gave us different ideas/options. He was flexible with timings and most importantly with price. Had by far the best quote and did an exceptional job.

Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!

We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

The job was a complete refurbishment of a one bed flat, including rewiring and re-plumbing. We would recommend Al and his team without any hesitation. From the very beginning and all the way to completion, we felt very lucky and fortunate to hire them. We found them to be very hardworking, conscientious and professional. The job was a difficult and complex one, but the team still completed within time and within budget. Al's advice made the whole process easier and we found him to be very trustworthy and honest. The end result was better than we originally hoped for and was done to a high standard.

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Very satisfied with Tafix. Rewire, kitchen refurbishment and flat redecoration. Kamil and his team were extremely punctual and delivered high quality results. Step by step approach with impressive attention to detail. Creative in finding solutions to unexpected problems that arose. Kamil was proactive in advising on work outside of scope and happy to accommodate extra jobs where possible. Would recommend to others and will look to use for future work.

Mario was an absolute gem from start to finish. After a leak left our only bathroom out of action Mario came in and managed the full project to perfection (and also had a great tiler and electrician who did some other works). Six months on and I cannot fault any of the works. Highly recommended.
