We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica

We couldn't be happier with the work that Nuredin and his team did for us.Our project involved renovating the kitchen and repairing all the walls of our apartment.Working around existing structures is often more challenging than starting from scratch, but Nuredin handled everything with great skill and professionalism.From day one, he guided us through every decision, helping us choose materials and advising us on the best solutions. What impressed us most was his honesty: more than once, he recommended against work that would have benefited him financially because he genuinely wanted what was best for our home.He is extremely detail-oriented and takes real pride in his work. Despite several delays with our kitchen deliveries, he remained flexible, adapting plans and finding ways to keep the project moving forward.Most importantly, he was always friendly, approachable, and caring. Outstanding. My perspective on the work assessment, process and completion could not be more positive. A wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated electricians. Highly professional in their work, always aiming to get the highest quality result. Communication was excellent - emails and telephone calls returned promptly and those working in my property were able to explain the issues, process and outcomes in language I could understand without the use of too much technical jargon, which would've left me feeling anxious. Certificates were completed and sent as soon as the job had been completed and the works were finished within the estimated time frame thanks to their dedication to their task. My property was kept tidy with minimal intrusive work and my opinion was sought when there was an option of how to proceed with a task if it required intervention that would affect the decoration of the room. These interventions have been minor and are easily touched up and most importantly I have fully functioning and safe electrics in my property.

Saba and Zura were outstanding and an absolute joy to work with on this project. I initially hired them to fit my new bathroom, and I was so impressed with the quality of their work, that I asked them to complete the rest of my renovations, which included new flooring, decorating, installing wall panels and fitting a new kitchen. All of it were completed to the highest standards and ahead of schedule.They are very professional, friendly, hard working and communicates so well. This is my third project, and by far the most stress free one, I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you guys
