As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. Ben and Genc did a fantastic job. They fitted the fire and smoke strips into my fire door very neatly and cleaned up thoroughly. They were able to come out quickly and it took them no time at all. I am delighted with the result!

Highly recommended - Tony was very responsive and the quote was good value (no catches or add-ons either). The team were great - very polite, mindful of the neighbours and did a brilliant job. There was no corner cutting - they matched the existing render so well that you couldn't tell that any works had been done and the door looked like it had always been there! Will definitely use again and will recommend to others.

We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica

The loft insulation in my detached property was old and poorly laid. I also had a lot of rubbish in the loft which needed removing. Jon was very professional through out the process. He gave me a competitive quote, did a video call to see the job (because of the distance) and agreed to remove old insulation and rubbish, vacuum the whole loft and replace with high quality 300mm insulation. All the workers were really polite and courteous and did a really good quality job. Would strongly recommend Jon and team.

Completed Side extension and 6m rear extension last Oct. Overall happy with the work. Digging, foundation, Bricks, structure, insulation, Roofing, Tiles, plumbing, flooring, painting, etc were done to good standard. Some of the minor corrections, changes or fixes needed near completion were done accordingly. Quote was in midrange and reasonable compared to compared to some others I received. Raman is very easy to work with and clear in his communication. Never had any issues all through construction through to finalising stages. Would recommend Raman to others.
