I did my due diligence on Vullcan, but things went downhill. After a week i got a pre-tax invoice for £3000 for a more "complex" drainage system which was already completed, this was the start of them trying to get around contract items and look for every way possible to charge extra fees which i can’t go through in the word limit here. When that dint work they refused to do the work. e.g. they literally installed a tempered glass sheet, with liquid glue on my roof and stated to me that this was a "roof window". I had to show them buildings regulations that this was unacceptable and illegal especially when our contract said it has to be a VELUX ROOF WINDOW! Promised a 6-8 week completion, this is 9 months later. I had now paid about 90% of the original bill and 100% of additional costs. The final payment was due after completion and a 2 week snagging period. But the demand for payments started, with threats to sue. This was laughable as they hadn't completed the job. •The roof was leaking •Electrical issues with the fuse box and multiple light /electrical points •Outstanding items •The buildings controls company stated they would not be able to sign off on the building work because of outstanding issues, which I wouldn’t have even known as they lied stating they HAD the certificate. I agreed to send a FULL payment to an escrow company and pay HALF of the costs so they can complete and fix safety issues but they refused! Shameful experience.

Mynyr came to see my job and I hired him for my slab foundation at the end of the garden, as he was the most knowledgeable out of all the builders that came to see the job. Throughout the process he was professional and patient to make sure that everything was done correctly. He also took care to make sure that everything was kept clean. Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.

George came to do up our hallway. He laid flooring and installed new spindles and a handrail on our stairs too. He did a wonderful job on the whole lot and we were very happy with him. We were awkward and changed our mind on the first laminate flooring that I had picked out online, he ripped it up and started again with the new flooring we picked and it was no hassle to him. George is a lovely fella, trustworthy and professional. Would highly recommend

Alex and his crew did a fantastic job on my property. They did the work on-time, to budget and to a very professional standard. The work required a wide variety of skills from painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrics. As I was unable to be on site Alex constantly kept me updated on progress with photos and videos. All in all I would highly recommend Alex and his team.
