Hired Oleksander and his team a few months ago - they did an excellent job helping me with removing an inbuilt shelf. Also repainted my office and did an excellent job ! I felt that I was in trusted hands and although there was more work for them than they anticipated they were lenient with the pricing:) really glad I hired this team and would do so again.

Salvatore, where to start! I had my 2 bed flat ground floor flat overhauled: kitchen units moved, new bathroom, ripping out artex, plastering + painting, new small bedroom roof (which was crumbling down) Salvatore and his team have been a godsend; and also a welcome change to the litany of dodgy builders out there. I was nervous to begin with due to issues I had to other builders before. However, even when receiving the quote, Salvatore was reasonable with the price and working within my budget, suggesting things that could wait. He impressed me as he was always prompt and on time and always in contact over whattsap; he was there to provide advice and also tips on difficulties that arise from building prokects. Reasonably priced and even with unforeseen circumstances, he kept me informed throughout with whatever changes were proposed. What I liked with Salvatore is that he got specialist people for specialist jobs, like: a specialist tiler, a specialist plumber. His team were respective with noise and when I wasn't in the flat, his team introduced themselves to neighbours and tried to be as respectful as possible To add, his team were the nicest people. Salvatore is a great guy too and is always welcoming to new ideas and polite too. I may have annoyed him with many ideas that I messaged him on the weekends and also in the middle of the night but he was always prompt to respond I am sure to use him again and also recommend him to all my friends.

Substantial Repairs to our freehold building including new roof, replacement Bressummer Beams and repairs to outside brickwork , guttering and windows. This was a most complicated job which included the handling of 11 residents. Lee's work was very professional, well organized and empathetic towards those that were affected by this huge disruption. He and his team were extremely reliable and obliging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

Ricky was very prompt, from showing up, going through drawings to quoting to commencement. He's successfully finished our basement job and him and the boys have done a fantastic job. Ricky is very knowledgeable and always available. Basements are high risk but working with Ricky was seemless and overall been a very pleasant experience. Very glad we went with him. Can't recommend him enough.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

My previous bathroom fitters did a very bad job with the bathroom and cloakroom toilet and left it unfinished. I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself. As well as being very good at what they do, they are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. I have already booked them in for another job and requested a quote for another. I highly recommend JM Building services for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Very impressed with the work Deyan completed for me. All the things that should be an automatic of paid work like being punctual, sticking to agreed dates, quoting accurately, not leaving messes, etc were all 100%. The extra bits of providing expert opinion and doing a thorough consultation, plus advising on future proofing my design and materials was above my expectations. He even helped repair something from a previous builder, knowing it meant the job would take longer. Extremely happy with standard of finish work and the end product - many thanks.

Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! After and before pics included!

Conversions - General- 3 Sep 2025
Big refurb of 1650 sq ft flat, plus building 2 additional ensuites. Initial quote seemed reasonable but then once in, costs started to rise exponentially. Some work was done well, like the building component and flooring, but finishing was poor. Painting, particularly of internal doors, was done poorly, without removal of fittings first, so lots of overpainting and insufficient prep and coats. Regrouting and redecoration of front and rear patios was done poorly, with weeds already poking through. There was damage to existing bathtubs and WCs by not protecting surfaces and pouring waste materials down the pan. Everything was an argument with constant demands for more money e.g. front door only painted one side as the other side not included under "paint door". Lots of "snagging" - I only have manual on/off control of heating and hot water as "smart" thermostat won't connect, there are odd water pressures through some fixings...and now there's a leak under one of the WCs...

I recently completed the building of an orangery extension (with skylight) to my semi-detached townhouse in NW London. The extension was to be used as a new kitchen while the existing kitchen converted to a living room. I awarded the contract of building the extension to Anthony and I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of work delivered. Anthony Project Managed the entire process from beginning to end and ensured that all my expectations were surpassed. His hands-on attitude to every detail of the work was quite reassuring. I am glad to say that Anthony and his team are very good professionals and they delivered the project on time and within budget, even going over and beyond the original scope of works in order to ensure that all my latter requests were addressed appropriately.
