Get in touchI paid £2300 for a flat roof. Everything fine until my tenant called today I left a message at 12:57 to say the repair had failed. No reply to phone call at 16:28 this afternoon. Previous work was fine so I am disappointed with poor service Edit followed after 8pm today At 17:56pm I got this message from PB roofing: "I’ve just seen this message I’m away at my parents until Friday" Everyone is entitled to a holiday. I will try and find someone to do the work. They identified the problem sorted the lead bay roof and replaced the facia’s as well as removing some ivy for me (free of charge).
